The truck doesn’t even work I wouldn’t waste my time lookin at it can’t even hear the motor run all you hear is power steering pump screaming at you and it’s leaking oil everywhere not safe for the roadFeb 26, 2022

Chevrolet, is the problem with the 2500, chevrolet is in the parts business not automoble manufacturing. They have built in the problems so as to sell parts or sell new cars. Remember 2008. I lost a fortune on the stock i owned. Because chevrolet became a follower not the leader they had been for 50 years. May 13, 2020

My dad bought this truck brand new in 2000, it has been to texas hauling trailers and loaded down multiple times and has now just clocked 226k miles of hard miles and has never missed a beat. The stock power steering pump gave up at 200k miles doing 4wd donuts in a field and stock fuel pump gave out at 215, other than that there have been absolutely no mechanical failures with this truck EVER. Greatest vehicle I have ever owned and will continue to be driven hard. Apr 11, 2012
