one of the best cars ive owned. the special veichle team out did themsevles with this car. plenty of power through the rpm range. kind of hard to find one of these for a reasonable price, but well worth every cent.Nov 02, 2012

This being my second one, I fell in love with it. The motor is a little picky, but shes
quick, good gas mileage, and not many issues with it. I love how these cars look
with the SVT appearance kit on it. Maintenance costs aren't too bad, and this car is

Where to start??? I LOVE THIS CAR!!! Everything about this car is wonderful!
It handles great, accelerates excellent, brakes superbly. I paid $1450 for this
car with 142K on the odometer. It sure doesnt act like it has that high of
mileage. As soon as i got home from buying the car, i did a little research on
the car and found out that it is actually a 1998.5 and is one of 2050 built for
that year, and one of 779 that were black!!! I think i made out fairly well on
this particular deal. The interior is Midnight Blue leather and is very
comfortable, both front and rear seats :-) Ad as far as gas mileage, can't quite
get a real feel for it considering i am having waaaaay too much fun driving it!
its rated at 20/29 mpg, which is about what ive been averaging. Like i said
earlier, everything about this car is superb! It is almost too fun to drive. the
motor revs freely, shifts are quick and precise, brakes actually stop (unlike my
previous car) and the ride quality for having a sport suspension is quite
forgiving. I havent driven a car which is this exhilerating to drive, and it wants
to be driven, begging to go faster and turn harder. I plan on keeping this one

Performance is awesome when it's running right. I was quite surprised at how quick it was. Handles pretty well for a four door sedan. I'm sure some performance part could improve that if one wanted to invest the money
Ford had a lot of trouble with wiring issues on these cars mine included. I had a lot of wiring replaced and I'm still replacing when I discover bad wiring.
The car looks pretty good actually again for a four door car. The ground effects really changes the look and gives it a nice sport look. Interiors are really pretty nice as well. Leather and basically loaded.
Pretty good gas mileage. Mine gets an average of 26 MPG depending on how I drive it. Maintenance is relativly low other than finding the wiring problems. Haven't replaced any major parts yet.
It is very fun to drive. Quick off the line which I love. When I think of selling the car I always think that I would struggle to find a better car for the money and as fun to drive!

Its a fun car its a four door fast and has some style great car for being under 25,000 when it came out and smokes most v6 sports cars and some v8's even 3 break wears out fast and it still with all its power can get 300 to a tank. Jan 17, 2011

I like this car, however i have put it through the mill. It has more body damage than Ken Griffey Jr. and some mechanical problems. It is a fun car to drive overall because of the fact that it is standard shift and pretty quick, however the overall aesthetics of the car fall short of perfectionMay 01, 2010

Overall this car has amazing handling, great acceleration, and i good top speed i have gotten it to 145 with about another 1000 rpm left to go so im guessing like 148 or so. Its a gorgeous car with very luxurious interior. the only thing i dont like is how the seat releases to get in the truck are in the trunk hahaDec 27, 2009

Great Car. I would recommend one to somebody that is mechanically included. Fast. Will kick a stock 90s mustangs ass, maybe not off the line, but it will at a roll. Nice suspension. I would recommend this car to anybody.Dec 04, 2009

I like this car because it has a v6 in it which provides some excitement. It also it a old lady car so that pretty much kills it for me because I'm not an old lady. But overall I would rate this car 3 out of 5.Nov 23, 2009

I like my car. It has 143000 miles on it but it still runs great. Its got about 205 HP. It handles amazing it will go around any corner. Its not to bad off the line but it could be better. Its a pretty sweet looking car for stock, but i would like to put some other stuff on itSep 30, 2008

Good car very fast, Yamaha 24 Value 2.5 Liter engine
pushing out about 235 horse. 5 speed tranny couldn't
be much better, Aerodynamics are so so could have
been a 2 door. It is pretty cheap to own minus gas 91

its fun. 5spd, 6 cyl revs happy and fun to toss around.
svt did a fine job, but i would have liked more power. maybe all wheel drive. even a turbo or a bigger engine would be nice.

I love this car. Turns heads everywere i go and it has good power fot the size of the vehicle. I know these cars like the back of my hand and they are so easy to work on if you know what you are doing. The exhaust on this car sounds mean and it has enough bite to go along with its bark.Sep 01, 2008

Definitely a nice limited production car to own. It has some downfalls, but despite the few issues that are out there this car is an all around excellent car to own. It's somewhat rare to see on the streets, has good gas mileage and has a very unique sporty look.Feb 16, 2008
