Car has a S52 swap that was converted back to OBDI. Has a turner motorsports tune, full catless exhaust and sounds great and has plenty of power to get yourself in trouble. Has full track suspension from ground control coilovers to camber plates, adjustable rear links, sway bars and strut brace. Interior is nicely appointed in the typical style of the day, but a little cramped if more than two on a trip. Basically this is my toy and it is a complete hoot to drive. Makes me smile everytime I drive it!May 07, 2013

If you love to drive a car, feel the road, be engaged with the experience, then this is one of the best cars you could own. Just make sure you get the car inspected by a BMW specialist prior to purchase, it could save you a lot of troubles.Feb 12, 2013

Best car I've ever driven or owned. You wouldn't know unless you've owned one yourself. Whooped every little punk kid with their precious honda it's ever been lined up next to. And that is only in a straight line, if you add corners the M3 annihilates.Feb 07, 2013

excellent on track and road not so good in snow and track as its a very high powered rear wheel drive car. handles excellent. in its origanal colour british racing car green. has been resprayed once to same colour cost £2000Jan 15, 2013

A very fast car , you won't need to use the brakes . . . And it's the best for drifting. You need to make some repairs from time to time , and check it . i love this car... its my summer street beast...the turbo doesnt lag, the motor pulls hard, tranny shifts firm as hell, suspension rides like a viper, this thingis absolutely intense and i would definately recommend an m3 evo to anyone in the mood for one hell of a rideJan 18, 2011

hi to all you guys.first of all nice car .the car is a stolen recovery,i bought the car for 60,000k.motor is100% spend about another 60 on it, got a complete respray.the car got stolen the jackass bump it,cost me another 25,000k and im still picking up the pieces only trouble im having is with the sunroof.exterior fine,interior needs very minor care.the car handlles well ,gas mileage depends on how heavy your foot is.only thing i dislike is spares for these cars are heavy exspencive and scares.overall it'sfun to drive .Nov 23, 2010

1995 bmw m3 with a turbo. upgraded suspension which allows it to be a great track and autox car. you definitely should build the engine before you add any type of forced induction. great car to drive but it shouldnt be used as a daily driverNov 20, 2010

The last old school M3, this was a BMW legend for years in the races. No traction control, limited slip, fast from stock and gets faster with money, very good handling as well as the ability to really push your limits. Also easy to put sideways, this is a drift car. I have had fun modifying the M3, building the engine and supercharging are both great ways to go. And at the end of the day it still maintains class.Nov 02, 2009

It will crush all. I race it with a Cheetah in the car to conquer my fear. 240hp 3000lbs. Was one of the fastest street tire M3s in the country. Now is a great track car, daily driver. Timeless looks, buttery powerband, good gas mileage. 1.2G grip on street tires. Great balance, steering feel, great brakes, amazing car for the money.Oct 22, 2009

Moteur exceptionnel, les 286 chevaux et 320 Nm offrent des reprises de tout premier ordre même en cinquième à 1000 tr/m. C'est une véritable machine à perdre son permis, les 160 km/h sont franchis en 3ème et débridée les 270 km/h sont atteints sans souci. Le freinage d'origine est le gros point faible mais il est facilement améliorable. Les disques percés Zimmermann et les plaquettes Ferodo Racing y participent grandement. Il ne manque plus qu'un bon liquide DOT 5.1 et des durites avia. En comportement, les amortisseurs Bilstein gagnerait à être associés à des ressorts plus courts. Un bon train de pneus 235/35/18 (seule monte homologuée en 18) et une géométrie permettront de prendre pleinement mesure du potentiel de l'auto et de réduire sa tendance sous-vireuse due à la surmonte arrière (255/35/18, excusez du peu). Intérieurement, on peut parler d'un état proche du neuf, extérieurement, quelques points à revoir mais rien de très méchant.Aug 31, 2009

The M3 is one of the most versatile cars ever. It does everything very well. The previous owner only put 3500 mi on it the first year he owned it. This is just wrong. I bought it in 2000 and its been a daily driver. It gets groceries, hits triple digit speeds at least once a month, autocrosses well, and has been to a DE event at the Putnam Park road course. A set of snow tires makes it quite manageable in the snow. It had 21,000 mi. on it when I got it and has 157,000 mi now. The inline six engine makes maintenance relatively easy. I've done my own brakes, tune-ups, and fluid changes. Service at independent BMW specialty shops isn't any more expensive than dealer service at Ford (Taurus) or Nissan (Quest). 22 mpg avg. Performance is great it is actully a 1994 model and from Japan so it has euro specs. 286 hp vador leather seats and a super sprint exaust. also the shocks have been upgraded and are fully adjustable and hard. no major repaires at all and still runs like a new car. i love the european muscle car apearance and it has really wide tires that make it look tough. it gives me about 12 km per liter, and takes 89 octane fuel. This car is the funnest car i have ever drivin, ever time i drive it, it puts a smile on my face. Apr 29, 2009

The best car I have ever owned, period. A tuner's/ tracker's dream car. Best bang for the buck. For under 10K you can get a corvette killer (proven). Google the e36 M3 and you will learn why this is the best used car purchase. This one in particular was rare... -Daytona Violet w/ Champagne& Black custom order -Lightweight w/ no sunroof (not an actual lightweight M3 but rare to have parts of the lightweight on delivery) -fully welded subframe (factory) -Lux pack Then I threw in $12K in upgrades...ahahahahhahah evilFeb 06, 2009

BUY ONE!!! This was the BEST car i have owned.. Avus Blue Metallic with Grey Mtec Alcantara. When i got the car it had a new uprated ecu installed along with AC Schnitzer suspension pack with coil overs, also had a new scorpion exhaust.. on the dyno it was kickin out 300bhp. in the summer it was pulling 0-60 in 5secs - low 5's.. on the dyno i hit 186mph, i only got it to 160mph on the road. the handling was superb, i fed it a regular supply of michelin pilot sports which made it stick to the road like new asphalt. overall its my favourite car i have owned.. anyone who knows me can testify to that a i never stop going on about it - job change forced me to sellJan 04, 2009

The E36 M3 - such a great car when all is running well. Many have tried to match the performance metrics that is excels at: power, handling grip and balance, responsiveness, driver involvement but still fall short of delivering such a complete performance package that can be a daily driver as well (a real sports car that I can haul kids and stuff around in!). Styling is a little plain for such a performance machine - prefer the more aggressive look and stance of the E46 version. Reliability - well - BMW really pushes the engineering limits but sometimes at the expense of reliability. When things break on - repairs get expensive. Aug 29, 2008

I bought this car relatively cheaply as it needed a little bit of tidying up but after owning it a while and totally loving the performance and handling the cost to restore back to the standard it should have been was too much. So I sold it on hoping that the new owner would take care of it, was blown away with the handling and performance as it was seriously quick I can only imagine what they were like when new.Aug 24, 2008

I loved this car but after spending Â£2500 in one year on maintenance I just had to sell it. It was one of only 50 GT models built for GT homologation so was rather different to the standard M3 or Evo. Performance was a highlight on the road but it reached another level out on track. Loved the interior, loved the add ons, just a bit of a pain since there wasn't a single road with a speed bump I could go down!Aug 17, 2008
