Without a doubt, the 1969/1970 era of Mach I and Boss's will never be seen, nor matched again. This Pony stays in my garage and will be an even rarer breed in years to come. I'll let my four boys sort it out when I'm gone!Oct 08, 2014

Just riding around, everybody and their Mother wants to race. Racers from the xyz era agree they all have fast cars these days, but the fast cars we're built from the "Muscle Car" era, in my opinion. This one is at the end of that era. It runs a 10.03 all day long and it can do better if I change the diamond-tip points every 2-3 runs. Never got a "thumbs down" from even a Chevy lover! I once came out of the hole at 7200 rpm's and when the wheels hit the ground, my radiator cracked and shot anti-freeze all over my windshield! Pretty hard to stop when you can't see. Guys and gals, race 'em if you got 'em!Aug 31, 2014

What can i say if you like the smell of exhaust the rumble of a cleveland and the push into the seat you get when you step on the peddle ... then this car is for you ....not to mention the joy of washing it on a cool summers night ... then out for a quick rip!!Jun 07, 2010

really fast in a straightline .70's oversensitive power steering not cool when agressively going through the gears. gas mileage not a consideration. the cars function is to look and sound great while launching from one stop light to the next. which is does great. factory rated @ 290 Hp was low and engine redlines @ 8000rpmsOct 20, 2009

totally amazing rust free special edtion boss 302 coupe (not fastback).repainted in accopulco blue and now runs a windsor 351,fmx gear box, elenor 18"rims.it was imported in to australia earlly 2008 i brought it july 2008 for $19000.the interior is all black (boss trim).due to aussie laws the wing mirror has been replaced with two matching standard mustang mirrors as the second matching boss type was to hard to find at the time.Aug 13, 2009

the frame rotted and the engine fell on the brake line and that was the end of that car! it had a 302 v8 engine and was really fast i miss that car. it was red and black with sweet mag wheels and raised white letter tires BF goodrich i think they were. cool car!Feb 19, 2009

The Mustang is a fantastic car. Always screaming for personal originality, the mustang is an open (beautiful) canvas waiting for the individual to paint a masterpiece. I am a lucky owner.
The small block 302 is ready for high revving action. The stock 2V is always ready for upgrading. She handles pretty good, but keep in mind, it is a 39 year old car. Braking is standard for drum brakes.
It's a Mustang...I'd say it looks pretty good.
Gas mileage.....lol. Actually, it isn't to bad (I'm thinking around 15 mpg).
Heck of a car to drive!

One of my favorite cars of all time, i never get tired of them! The car's acceleration is pretty good for an old car, and the 302 in it is a pretty reliable engine.Apr 29, 2008

This Car Was As Close To Perfect As I Have Ever Driven... It Had Amazing Handling, Awesome Power, And A Sound That Would Easily Make A Grown Man Cry. I Loved It... Sadly I Do Not Own It For It Is My Uncles, I Will Never Get It But I Can Always Ask To Drive It Over And Over AgainMar 30, 2008

In spite of one underhood fire, the old 70 would go zero-60 in a one time best of 4.9 seconds and pull down 22 mpg after rebuilding the carb. I miss that car the most of all the Mustangs I've had, it was the closest thing to a Shelby that I'll probably ever own unless my numbers for the 649 come in... words can't describe.Jan 09, 2008
