I like that it gets looks and is fun to drive. Alot of the Interior parts of a Chevelle also work on this car. Has lots of power but is also a very heavy car so not real fast on a track.Mar 01, 2014

I love everything about this car. It has a 350 5.7 liter completely rebuilt with a little over 400 horsepower. All the bells and whistles were done when it was restored. Inside is very modern as well. Gas mileage is a little low but that's to be expected.Oct 24, 2013

It really needs work but even though it does it still performs pretty well. it has an old 350 in it and has about 250 horsepower only because it needs a lot of work. it still spins them new kelly's though

beautiful lines, great handling, 19 mpg hwy when i can keep it at 65 mph which does not happen often. a real head turner. compliments all the time. had a guy in Tucson pull next to me and tell me of a upcoming car show that my monte had to take part in, went ahead and did it and was so glad i did. Has the 402 with buckets, console and original Delco am/fm 8 track that works!Dec 27, 2009

The performance of this car is totally cool , the crisp body lines , power of the Big block under the hood , More needed to be produced with the M-22 4 speed Manual transmission , Roomy interior and 4-10 geared osi-traction 12 bolt rear Nov 11, 2009

Lots of fun to drive... It gets alot of looks due to the distinct
look of the car and the overpowering roar of the 502 in it. If a
strong first impression is what you are going for, then this is
the car for you.Sep 05, 2009

Fell in love with the 1st generation Monte when in Grade 11 as one of my friends had a used one. Purchased mine 3 years ago and the only problem is that I don't have enough time to drive it. Oct 17, 2007

Had I had a chance to drive this sweetie when it was new, I might of keep hold of it. It was my roomates car, and I was his mechanic. Who ever owned it before was unkind to her. The body was straight, but the interior was shot.Jun 28, 2007
