one of the classics that was a great all around car. with the right power combo, it was an unstoppable machine. at the same time it was practical and even got good mileage out on the highway. and the lines that came out that year were awesome, softened up the hatd corners and made an awesome designed carJun 15, 2010

I love that it is a classic and has huge potential, but I hate that I can't afford to build it yet. It's a 40 year old car and it shows, but when it's done, I hope it will look better than new, with some modern style, with bigger wheels and tires, and a way more powerful engine and stronger drivetrain.

Just built a 427 BBC for it, still runs on pump gas, drive it to the racetrack, and runs consitent 11.60's in the quarter. Love this car! I've won countless races in it including 3 NHRA Wally's, and a division championship. May 30, 2008

This is a 68 El Camino Super Sport, all original, all matching, picked up in oklahoma. It is stripped down currently and getting there. Sheet metal work is 90% done. Then the engine will get overhauled and the beast will be brought back to life...then I would like to move on to a real car like a 71GTX or a 70 Coronet RT 440.Feb 25, 2008
