The 65 Impala, being our first new car has always held a special spot in our memory and I later regretted letting it get away. We loved the new body style, it was easy to drive and seemed to "float" down the highway. Our son became an auto body guy and about 10 years ago found a '65 SS. He restored it, painting it the same color as our first Impala and gave it to us. Still a beautiful car.Jul 31, 2012

This car was built by American craftsmen and cannot be duplicated today. It is fast, Fun to drive and attracts a crowd wherever you drive it. I'm the third owner and she's a 'survivor' with mostly all original paint, original interior and drive-train. It's got the 300 HP 327 cu. in. V8 and Powerglide transmission. Factory air, tilt, tint, and vinyl roof. Mar 26, 2012
