Just Bought A Used 1994 Toyota 4x4 Ext Cab Pickup, It Runs Pretty Good, But...

I put spark plugs in it, new rotor, checked vacuum lines, new muffler, and tail pipe. I checked oxygen sensor, I have not checked fuel injectors yet. So what else?
