2003 Chevrolet Malibu Classic Cranks Normally But Won't Start. Fuel Pump Te...

cranks normally but won't start..over 1/4 tank of fuel. checked fuel pump and it's okay. the anti theft lamp stays lighted. any suggestions? checked gm website and found no recalls on this.
