What should I look for when buying a used Lincoln Nautilus?

Key things to evaluate:

• Safety package: Lincoln BlueCruise, a surround-view camera system, adaptive cruise control, lane centring steering, lane keep assist, lane departure warning, high beam assist, blind spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, rear parking sensors, forward collision warning with pedestrian detection and intersection assist, and automatic emergency braking.
• Infotainment: standard wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto on the 11.1-inch lower touchscreen, plus the full-width 48-inch display.
• Fuel efficiency: The hybrid Nautilus is rated by Natural Resources Canada at 8.2 litres per 100 kilometres in the city, 7.5 on the highway, and 7.9 combined.

Which Lincoln Nautilus trim should I buy?

The 2026 Lincoln Nautilus offers these trims:

• Premiere: The entry trim offers black or grey synthetic leather upholstery and the standard 19-inch alloy wheels, making it the value-focused choice if you want the Nautilus experience with the core luxury and technology features.
• Reserve: This trim adds leather upholstery, a chocolate brown colour option, adaptive dampers, upgraded Revel audio, a panoramic roof, and 21-inch wheels, making it the best-value pick for buyers who want the most complete version of the 2026 Nautilus.

What Lincoln Nautilus do most buyers choose?

The Lincoln Nautilus years with the most listings are 2025, 2024, and 2023.

These higher-volume model years tend to attract more shoppers because they offer a broader mix of pricing, equipment, and availability. More listings also give you more room to compare condition, mileage, and deal quality before you buy.

What is the Lincoln Nautilus's resale value?

The table shows broad downward movement across the lineup, which can work in your favour if you're shopping used. Several model years have seen double-digit price drops, so buyers have more negotiating room than they would with a steadier-value vehicle. The smallest declines are still meaningful, but they suggest some years have softened less than others.

The 2023, 2021, and 2024 model years have held their value best, with the smallest year-over-year price changes.

Is the Lincoln Nautilus safe?

• 2026: 9/10
• 2024: 9/10
• 2022: 8/10

Lincoln BlueCruise, a hands-free driving system, is standard on the 2026 Nautilus and included for four years.

For the safest used buy, the 2024 and 2026 models both post the highest confirmed score of 9/10.

Should I buy a used Lincoln Nautilus now or wait for the next model?

Buy now if:

• Price trend: The 2025 model is at −16.13% versus a year ago, and the 2024 model is at −14.45%.
• Deal availability: The 2025 model has 42.3% good and great deals, and the 2024 model has 43.7%.
• Sweet-spot year: The 2025 model has the most listings at a current average price of $59,515 CAD. The Lincoln Nautilus offers a quiet, comfortable cabin with a distinctive luxury feel that makes it easy to live with every day.

Consider waiting if:

• Powertrain/efficiency: The standard turbocharged 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine makes 250 horsepower and 280 pound-feet of torque, while the hybrid boosts output to 310 hp and 295 lb-ft of torque.
• Tech: Standard wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 5G Wi-Fi hotspot, a digital key, satellite radio, remote start, and a wireless smartphone charger.
• Safety: Lincoln BlueCruise, a hands-free driving system that works on thousands of kilometres of mapped highways, is also standard and included for four years.
• Starting price: The Premiere starts at $63,445.

If you're buying used today, the 2025 model year offers the best mix of value and availability. If you want the latest tech and features, it may be worth waiting for the next model year's inventory to build up.
