This dealer responded quickly by email. The attention given me once on site was courteous and accommodating. I managed to conclude the deal and take possession on the same day.

We were originally interested in this vehicle and the dealer was very efficient in returning their reply quickly. We decided to purchase at a dealership closer by our home incase of issues, upkeep and convenience. Thank you.

Stopped communicating when I asked about service records and whether this was a leased vehicle. I understood it was sold but later saw it still listed.

The car was sold and they offered other cars in the same range, all though I didn't buy they did contact me.

Very disappointing the car I spoke about and would probably purchase in the am was sold at 1.30 ? Felt like it was a way to get me at the dealership. Another similar vehicle was scratched and more money. Someone had my car keys and I had to wait till as they said they were checking my trade on an auction.I wasted over 2 hours there. They also tried to sell me a car with over 61000 kms on it

I only wanted clarification as the colour in the photos were not the same as the description and I asked about a particular option. My second request was to confirm if it was smoked in. Each time they just wanted my contact info to call when I only wanted simple answers. They confirmed the colour only. Each time they just wanted my info. Too bad, I had owned one of these cars before and was interested

My experience was not great. Took forever to have a phone call returned. Information was inaccurate. When I went to sign the contract, things we agreed on were different. Salesman said that I must have misunderstood, yeah right.It took 4 days to get a car in stock prepped for delivery. Nobody was looking to make the customer happy. I have had Dealings with Honda dealers before. Lucky Honda’s sell themselves.

I’ve never in my 50 plus years of buying vehicles been asked to make a deal or put down a $1,000 deposit before being able to even test drive a vehicle! Run away as fast as you can this place is beyond SHADY! And 6,7,8% interest rates for someone with Excellent credit! I don’t think so! If I could give less than 1 star I would.
