What Nissan Versa Note do most buyers choose?
The Nissan Versa Note years with the most listings are 2015, 2017, and 2018.
| Model Year | Total Listings | Good + Great Deals % |
|---|---|---|
| 2015 | 81 | 18.5% |
| 2017 | 69 | 29% |
| 2018 | 66 | 34.8% |
| 2016 | 64 | 23.4% |
| 2014 | 54 | 16.7% |

What is the Nissan Versa Note's resale value?
| Model Year | Current Avg. Price | Year-Over-Year Change |
|---|---|---|
| 2015 | $6,769 CAD | −20.5% |
| 2016 | $7,581 CAD | −18.91% |
| 2018 | $10,710 CAD | −15.12% |
| 2017 | $10,464 CAD | −4.72% |
| 2019 | $12,233 CAD | −4.09% |
| 2014 | $7,198 CAD | +1.28% |
Most model years in this lineup are priced lower than they were a year ago, which creates better opportunities for used buyers. The largest drops are concentrated in the mid-2010s and 2018 models, while a couple of years have moved only slightly. That mix suggests a market where many shoppers can find value, especially if they focus on the years with the sharpest price declines.

I love the features of the car. I think that the car is at a good value. The car is missing a backup camera. That's about it. I would compare the car to a station wagon but bigger.
