What should I look for when buying a used Lincoln Navigator?

Key things to evaluate:

• Fuel efficiency: The 2025 Navigator returns an observed fuel economy of 13.9 litres per 100 kilometres, not far off the official Natural Resources Canada rating of 13.5 L/100 km in combined driving.

Which Lincoln Navigator trim should I buy?

The 2025 Lincoln Navigator offers these trims:

• Navigator Reserve: The base version brings the core Navigator experience and suits buyers who want the model’s size, luxury, and technology in its most accessible form.
• Navigator L: The longer body adds more cargo room behind all three rows, making it the best-value choice if you regularly carry people and luggage.
• Black Label: This top trim adds the Black Label treatment, with a more distinctive look and premium interior themes for buyers who want the most upscale presentation.

What Lincoln Navigator do most buyers choose?

The Lincoln Navigator years with the most listings are 2023, 2022, and 2021.

Those higher-volume years tend to be popular because they give you more inventory to compare, which can make it easier to find the right trim, colour, and price. They also often sit in the sweet spot between newer features and stronger used-market value.

What is the Lincoln Navigator's resale value?

Most model years are down sharply year over year, which is good news if you want a luxury SUV that has already taken a meaningful hit in price. The smallest changes are concentrated in the older and mid-cycle years, while newer examples show larger drops that can improve your buying leverage.

The 2020, 2021, and 2019 model years have held their value best, with the smallest year-over-year price changes.

• Tech: The 2025 Navigator adds Lincoln Digital Experience with a 48-inch panoramic display, an 11.1-inch centre touchscreen control centre, wireless Apple CarPlay, Google Built-in, Alexa Built-in, and Phone As A Key.
