New & Used 2027 Chrysler Pacifica for Sale near Saint-Malachie, QC

Is the 2027 Chrysler Pacifica a good car?

The 2027 Chrysler Pacifica earns a 6.8/10 expert rating. The standout strength is Form and function at 9/10.

For families who value practicality, that score lines up with what you get: Stow ’n Go seating, strong everyday usefulness, and the only minivan in the segment that offers V6 power with all-wheel drive. It also brings good third-row legroom, so the back row is less of a compromise than in many rivals.

The trade-offs are just as clear. The new front-end styling is polarising, real-world fuel economy trails expectations, and the tech feels outdated for a 2027 model year vehicle.

With 25.5% of listings priced as good or great deals, the market gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2027 Chrysler Pacifica reliable?

The 2027 Chrysler Pacifica is presented as a familiar, continuity-focused update rather than a wholesale reinvention, which can be reassuring if you want a proven family hauler. Its core strengths remain the same: practical packaging, V6 power, and available all-wheel drive.

The performance side is straightforward and well established. The 3.6-litre Pentastar V6 is paired with a nine-speed automatic, and the Pacifica remains the only minivan in the segment to combine V6 power with all-wheel drive. That kind of mechanical simplicity can be a plus for long-term ownership compared with more complex alternatives.

Chrysler also notes that the Pacifica’s strengths are in flexibility rather than outright savings, which is useful context if you plan to keep one for the long haul. The main ownership risk for used buyers is that fuel costs and day-to-day refinement may be less satisfying over time than the Pacifica’s practicality suggests.

What should I look for when buying a used 2027 Chrysler Pacifica?

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The cabin is largely the same across the lineup, but every trim includes driver seat memory, and the more affordable Grand Caravan skips the more dramatic exterior treatment. If you care about the updated look and the richer cabin feel, make sure the trim you’re considering has the equipment you want rather than assuming the base version will feel fully featured.
• Powertrain: The 3.6-litre Pentastar V6 makes 287 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque, and it is paired with a nine-speed automatic. Front-wheel drive is standard, while all-wheel drive is available on the Select and Limited and standard on the Pinnacle.
• Safety package: Standard equipment across every trim includes full-speed forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking, ParkSense rear park assist with stop, blind spot monitoring, and rear cross-traffic alert. The optional Sphere Package adds a surround-view camera, a turn-signal-activated blind spot camera, and a ParkSense-activated front camera.
• Infotainment: Every trim gets a 10.1-inch touchscreen with Uconnect 5, plus wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The system is standard across the lineup, and the built-in navigation is not the main reason to choose it.
• Fuel efficiency: NRCan estimates for the front-wheel-drive V6 are 12.4 L/100 km city, 8.4 L/100 km highway, and 10.6 L/100 km combined. All-wheel drive increases that to 14.1 L/100 km city, 9.4 L/100 km highway, and 12.0 L/100 km combined.

Which 2027 Chrysler Pacifica trim should I buy?

The 2027 Chrysler Pacifica is offered in 3 trim levels: Select, Limited, and Pinnacle.

Here's the short version:

• Select: This is the entry point, and it gives you the Pacifica’s core strengths without stretching the budget too far. It’s the trim to start with if you want Stow ’n Go practicality, the V6, and the standard safety and infotainment equipment without paying for extras you may not need.
• Limited: This is the best-value trim for many buyers because it adds more comfort and convenience equipment, including ventilated seats, while still keeping the Pacifica’s main family-friendly strengths intact. If you want a more upscale daily experience without jumping to the top trim, this is the one to focus on.
• Pinnacle: Choose this if you want the most fully equipped Pacifica and standard all-wheel drive. It suits buyers who want the most premium version of the van and are willing to pay for it.

The optional Sphere Package is available on Select and Limited and standard on Pinnacle, so if you want the surround-view camera and the extra camera views, that package is worth prioritising.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2027 Chrysler Pacifica?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully rather than rushing into the first example you see.

• Deal availability: 25.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 157 listings available.

Is the 2027 Chrysler Pacifica safe?

The 2027 Chrysler Pacifica earns a five-star overall rating from NHTSA. In IIHS testing, it earned a Good rating in the small overlap front test and an Acceptable rating in the updated side crash test, but only a Marginal in the updated moderate overlap front test, which kept it from a Top Safety Pick designation.

It earns a 7/10 safety score from our experts.

Standard equipment across every trim includes full-speed forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking, ParkSense rear park assist with stop, blind spot monitoring, and rear cross-traffic alert. The optional Sphere Package adds a surround-view camera, a turn-signal-activated blind spot camera, and a ParkSense-activated front camera.

The main caveat is that the Pacifica’s IIHS moderate overlap result is a real weakness for a family vehicle, even if it still compares reasonably within the minivan class.

Should I buy a 2027 Chrysler Pacifica or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2027 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2027 if:

• 25.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Chrysler’s biggest changes for 2027 are the new face and the discontinuation of the plug-in hybrid, while the Pacifica remains a practical and powerful option for families.

The bottom line: If you want the Pacifica’s core strengths — Stow ’n Go flexibility, V6 power, and available all-wheel drive — the 2027 is still the right direction. If you’re more price-sensitive, a nearby model year may be worth considering, especially if you want to compare equipment and pricing against the broader used market before deciding.
