New & Used 2027 Chrysler Pacifica for Sale nearNew Hamburg, ON

Is the 2027 Chrysler Pacifica a good car?

The 2027 Chrysler Pacifica earns an 6.8/10 expert rating. The standout strength is Form and function at 9/10.

For you, that means this minivan still leans hard into practicality rather than novelty. The 2027 update brings a new face, but the Pacifica’s core appeal remains the same: flexible packaging, strong everyday usefulness, and the only minivan setup in the segment that combines V6 power with available all-wheel drive. It also offers good third-row legroom, which helps it work better as a true family hauler.

The trade-offs are real, though. The new front-end styling is polarising, and the tech feels outdated for a 2027 model year vehicle. Real-world fuel economy also trails the official estimates, so efficiency is not its strong suit.

With 28.8% of listings priced as good or great deals, there is still some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2027 Chrysler Pacifica reliable?

The 2027 Chrysler Pacifica is presented as a familiar, carryover-style update rather than a wholesale reinvention, which can be reassuring if you want a known quantity. Its V6 powertrain is straightforward, and the model’s practical focus suggests it is built around everyday family use rather than complexity for its own sake.

The Pacifica’s performance content also points to a conventional setup with a 3.6-litre Pentastar V6 and a nine-speed automatic, with no continuously variable transmission in sight. That simplicity can be a plus for long-term ownership compared with more complicated alternatives.

Chrysler also includes useful ownership-friendly equipment, such as standard heated seats and a full array of physical climate controls, which can make daily use easier over time.

For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that the Pacifica’s fuel costs and refinement shortcomings may become more noticeable the longer you live with it.

What should I look for when buying a used 2027 Chrysler Pacifica?

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The cabin is largely the same across the lineup, but every trim includes driver seat memory, and the more affordable Chrysler Grand Caravan skips the more dramatic styling and uses simpler headlights. If you want the most complete feature set, the higher trims add more comfort and convenience equipment.
• Powertrain: The Pacifica uses a 3.6-litre Pentastar V6 with 287 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque, paired with a nine-speed automatic. Front-wheel drive is standard, while all-wheel drive is available on the Select and Limited and standard on the Pinnacle.
• Safety package: Standard equipment across every trim includes full-speed forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking, ParkSense rear park assist with stop, blind spot monitoring, and rear cross-traffic alert. The optional Sphere Package, available on Select and Limited and standard on Pinnacle, adds a surround-view camera, a turn-signal-activated blind spot camera, and a ParkSense-activated front camera.
• Infotainment: Every trim gets a 10.1-inch touchscreen with Uconnect 5, plus wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The blind spot camera system also uses the centre screen, and the interface is functional even if the graphics feel dated.
• Fuel efficiency: Natural Resources Canada estimates the FWD V6 at 12.4 L/100 km city, 8.4 highway, and 10.6 combined. AWD increases that to 14.1 L/100 km city, 9.4 highway, and 12.0 combined.

Which 2027 Chrysler Pacifica trim should I buy?

The 2027 Chrysler Pacifica is offered in 3 trim levels: Select, Limited, Pinnacle.

Here's the short version:

• Select: This is the entry point, and it gives you the Pacifica’s core strengths without stretching the budget too far. It’s the trim to start with if you want the V6, the flexible family packaging, and the standard safety equipment, while keeping the purchase price lower than the upper trims.
• Limited: This is the best-value trim for most shoppers because it adds more comfort and convenience without jumping all the way to the top of the range. It also opens the door to the optional Sphere Package, and ventilated seats join the equipment list starting here.
• Pinnacle: This is the luxury-leaning choice, and it comes with standard AWD. If you want the most fully equipped Pacifica and value traction as much as comfort, this is the trim to target.

The standard safety package is shared across the lineup, while the Sphere Package is available on Select and Limited and standard on Pinnacle.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2027 Chrysler Pacifica?

This looks like a moderate, selective-buyer market, so you can shop with some leverage if you are patient and compare listings carefully.

• Deal availability: 28.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 153 listings available.

Is the 2027 Chrysler Pacifica safe?

The 2027 Chrysler Pacifica earns five-star ratings from NHTSA, and the IIHS gave it a Good rating in the small overlap front test and an Acceptable rating in the updated side crash test. It scored only a Marginal in the updated moderate overlap front test, which kept it from earning a Top Safety Pick designation.

It earns a 7/10 safety score from our experts.

Standard safety equipment across every trim includes full-speed forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking, ParkSense rear park assist with stop, blind spot monitoring, and rear cross-traffic alert. The optional Sphere Package adds a surround-view camera, a turn-signal-activated blind spot camera, and a ParkSense-activated front camera.

The main caveat is that the Pacifica’s Marginal IIHS result in the updated moderate overlap front test is a real weakness for a family vehicle.

Should I buy a 2027 Chrysler Pacifica or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2027 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2027 if:

• 28.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Chrysler’s biggest changes for 2027 are the discontinuation of the Pacifica PHEV and the remaining all-gas Pacifica’s new face.

The bottom line: If you want the current Pacifica’s V6 power, available AWD, and signature Stow ’n Go practicality, the 2027 is the one to focus on. If you are more price-sensitive, a nearby model year may be worth a look, especially if you can find a better deal on similar equipment.
