Is the 2026 Toyota Corolla a good car?

Yes — the 2026 Toyota Corolla earns a 5/5 user rating, which fits a car that is built around practicality, low running costs, and everyday ease of use. It is available as a sedan or hatchback, and the lineup also includes the Corolla Hybrid and the GR Corolla, so you get more body-style and powertrain choice than many shoppers expect from a Corolla. Toyota also gives it a sharper look than the nameplate’s old reputation might suggest, while keeping the focus on sensible ownership rather than flash.
