New & Used 2026 RAM 3500 for Sale near Savona, BC

Is the 2026 RAM 3500 a good car?

The 2026 RAM 3500 is a strong choice if you need a heavy-duty truck that pairs serious hauling ability with modern convenience. According to the overview, it offers a powerful Cummins turbo diesel engine, class-leading maximum towing and payload capacities, and the kind of technology you’d expect in a daily driver, including Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, large touchscreen infotainment systems, cameras, and standard safety features.

It also stands out for being more upscale than a traditional work truck, with upgraded materials, available luxury amenities, a 360-degree camera, adaptive cruise control, a 12-inch vertical infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and a 750-watt Harman Kardon 17-speaker audio system. The trade-off is that its size can be difficult to manage in towns and cities, and the diesel engine is noisy.

For shoppers who genuinely need maximum capability and want more comfort than most heavy-duty pickups provide, it has a clear identity. 27.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2026 RAM 3500 reliable?

The 2026 RAM 3500 is described as a well-developed heavy-duty truck with a stronger frame, new suspension, a new transmission for the Hemi models, and a more refined overall design. The overview also points to standard safety features and a broad set of modern convenience tech, which supports its reputation as a thoroughly engineered truck rather than a stripped-down workhorse.

At the same time, the truck’s size and diesel noise are part of the ownership experience, and its used-market pricing means you should expect to pay for capability. For long-term ownership, the main risk is less about basic usefulness and more about whether you’re prepared for the costs and compromises that come with a very large, highly capable heavy-duty truck.

The bottom line:

The 2026 RAM 3500 makes the most sense if you want the latest version of this heavy-duty truck’s capability-and-comfort formula and you’re comfortable shopping a used market with limited but meaningful deal availability. If price is your top priority, a nearby model year may be worth comparing, but the 2026 is the better fit when you want the current-year package and can be selective about condition and mileage.
