New & Used 2026 Mazda CX-90 for Sale nearPort Elgin, ON

Is the 2026 Mazda CX-90 a good car?

Yes — the 2026 Mazda CX-90 is a good car if you want a three-row SUV that prioritises style and driving feel over maximum interior space. It offers more room than the CX-9 it replaced thanks to a longer wheelbase, and you can choose six-, seven-, or eight-seat layouts depending on configuration and trim. It also stands out with a towing rating of up to 2,268 kilograms, plus a powertrain range that includes turbocharged inline-six and plug-in hybrid options. The trade-off is that it is smaller inside than some class leaders, but it remains a compelling choice for buyers who want a premium-feeling family SUV with a more engaging character than many rivals. Market availability is moderate, with 26.4% of listings marked as good or great deals.

Is the 2026 Mazda CX-90 reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2026 Mazda CX-90 is built around a straightforward set of mechanical choices, with all-wheel drive and an eight-speed automatic transmission standard across the range. Mazda also equips it with Mazda Intelligent Drive Select, Sport and Off-Road modes, and Kinematic Posture Control, which supports a more controlled driving experience. The cabin and feature set vary by trim, but the model’s overall appeal is rooted in a premium-feeling design and a broad standard equipment list.

For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that the CX-90’s more complex technology and premium positioning may make upkeep feel less forgiving than a simpler mainstream SUV.

Should I buy a 2026 Mazda CX-90 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2026 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2026 if:

• 26.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2025 if:

• It offers unusual powertrain choices, premium materials, and strong safety appeal.

The bottom line: The 2026 Mazda CX-90 is the better pick if you want the latest version of Mazda’s three-row SUV with strong satisfaction and a reasonable share of good deals. If you are more price-sensitive, the 2025 is worth a look because it delivers many of the same core strengths and may open up a lower-cost path into the model.
