New & Used 2026 Mazda CX-90 for Sale nearKirkland Lake, ON

Is the 2026 Mazda CX-90 a good car?

Yes — the 2026 Mazda CX-90 is a good car if you want a three-row SUV that prioritises style and driving feel over maximum interior space. It has a longer wheelbase than the CX-9 it replaced, which helps with passenger and cargo room, and it still keeps Mazda’s more engaging character. You also get six-, seven-, or eight-seat layouts depending on configuration and trim, plus a towing rating of up to 2,268 kilograms.

The CX-90’s appeal is strongest if you want a premium-feeling family SUV with a distinctive powertrain range. It offers turbocharged inline-six options with mild hybrid assistance, plus a plug-in hybrid version with electric-only driving capability. Standard all-wheel drive, an eight-speed automatic, and Mazda Intelligent Drive Select add to its everyday versatility.

The trade-off is that the CX-90 is smaller inside than some class leaders, and its infotainment controls can feel fiddly. Even so, it remains a compelling choice for buyers who value design and driving character.

28.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2026 Mazda CX-90 reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2026 Mazda CX-90 is built around a straightforward mechanical formula for the class: all-wheel drive, an eight-speed automatic transmission, and a powertrain lineup that includes both mild-hybrid and plug-in hybrid options. Its standard safety equipment and Mazda’s focus on a more premium, less complicated driving experience also support its appeal for long-term use.

For used buyers, the main ownership risk is that a more complex three-row SUV can be costlier to maintain if you choose a higher-spec or more heavily equipped version.

Should I buy a 2026 Mazda CX-90 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2026 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2026 if:

• 28.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2025 if:

• It offers unusual powertrain choices and a stylish, premium-feeling cabin.

The bottom line: The 2026 Mazda CX-90 is the better pick if you want the newest version with strong owner satisfaction and a decent share of good deals in the market. If you’re more price-sensitive, the 2025 is worth a look because it delivers the CX-90’s core strengths at a lower entry point.
