What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Mercedes-Benz GLC?

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The GLC’s luxury-focused cabin materials and available features are a major part of its appeal, but base versions may leave you wanting more of the premium touches and convenience equipment that define the model.
• Powertrain: In Canada, all GLC models use 4Matic all-wheel drive and a nine-speed automatic, with the 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder in the 300 and a plug-in hybrid setup in the 350e.
• Safety package: Standard equipment includes blind-spot monitoring, active parking assistance, automatic high beams, rain-sensing windshield wipers, and active braking assistance. Which 2025 Mercedes-Benz GLC trim should I buy?

The 2025 Mercedes-Benz GLC is offered in 2 trim levels: GLC 300 and GLC 350e 4Matic.

Here's the short version:

• GLC 300: This is the better starting point if you want the core GLC experience at the lower entry price. It brings the standard luxury feel, strong everyday usability, and the full set of basic driver-assistance features, making it the sensible choice for most shoppers.
• GLC 350e 4Matic: This is the best-value pick if fuel efficiency matters most. It adds the plug-in hybrid setup, stronger combined output, and the electric-only driving capability that makes the GLC especially appealing for commuting and short trips.

• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.02% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.
