Used 2025 Kia Telluride for Sale near Notre-Dame-du-Mont-Carmel, QC

How much does the 2025 Kia Telluride cost?

Prices have softened 11.51% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 107 listings available, which suggests a modest amount of inventory for used shoppers.

Is the 2025 Kia Telluride a good car?

Generally — the 2025 Kia Telluride earns 4/5 from owners and 8.17/10 from our experts. The standout strength is Form and function at 10/10.

It stands out as a stylish, comfortable three-row SUV that still feels highly relevant for family travel, and it proved capable on a nearly 2,000-kilometre road trip. The trade-offs are clear, though: the technology feels outdated, and the lane-assist system can be irritating.

For shoppers who want a midsize SUV with genuine people-moving ability, that balance still works well. 35.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2025 Kia Telluride reliable?

Owners rate it 4/5, a solid signal of long-term satisfaction.

The Telluride’s reputation is supported by its strong overall package and the fact that it has been recognised for great safety ratings. Its powertrain is described as smooth, refined, and amply powered, and it delivered respectable fuel economy in testing. Kia also backs it with a five-year/100,000-kilometre new car warranty and five-year/unlimited-kilometre roadside assistance.

If you’re buying used, the main long-term ownership risk is that ageing technology and driver-assist quirks may matter more as the vehicle gets older.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Kia Telluride?

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The base EX is the least expensive entry point, but it misses some of the richer cabin and screen features found higher up the range. The X-Line and X-Pro add a blacked-out look, while the X-Pro also brings 18-inch all-terrain tires and the most comprehensive standard equipment.
• Powertrain: Every trim uses a 3.8-litre V6 with 291 horsepower and 262 pound-feet of torque, paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission and standard AWD. It’s smooth and refined, but it can feel a little confused at times.
• Safety package: Standard equipment includes forward collision warning, pedestrian and cyclist detection, intersection assistance when turning left across traffic, automatic emergency braking, blind spot monitoring, lane departure warning, lane keeping assist, lane centring assist, rear cross-traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, rear occupant alert, safe exit assist, and Highway Driving Assist. Higher trims add lane-change assist, and most trims also get Blind Spot View Monitor, reverse automatic braking, front cross-traffic alert with automatic braking, oncoming collision avoidance, and lane-change collision avoidance.
• Infotainment: Most trims get a 12.3-inch digital driver display and a 12.3-inch touchscreen under one piece of glass, plus a 10-inch head-up display on SX Prestige, X-Line, and X-Pro. It does not have wireless Apple CarPlay or wireless Android Auto.
• Fuel efficiency: It returned 11.6 L/100 km in testing, which aligns closely with the Natural Resources Canada figure of 11.7 L/100 km in combined driving.

Which 2025 Kia Telluride trim should I buy?

The 2025 Kia Telluride is offered in 5 trim levels: EX, SX, SX Limited, X-Line, and X-Pro.

Here's the short version:

• EX: This is the entry point, and it gives you the Telluride’s core strengths at the lowest price. It’s the trim to consider if you want the model’s space, style, and standard AWD without paying for the more elaborate screen and cabin upgrades.
• SX: This is the better-value step up if you want more of the Telluride’s premium feel and technology without going all the way to the top. It adds more of the upscale equipment that makes the cabin feel more modern.
• SX Limited: This is the trim for shoppers who want the most luxurious cabin presentation, including the richer materials and the 10-inch head-up display. It suits you best if comfort and presentation matter more than price.
• X-Line: This is the best fit if you want the more rugged look and a little extra capability without going full off-road. It adds increased ground clearance, improved approach and departure angles, and a self-levelling rear suspension.
• X-Pro: This is the most capability-focused choice, with 18-inch all-terrain tires and the highest towing capacity. It’s the one to buy if you expect to spend meaningful time off pavement or want the most comprehensive standard equipment.

The safety package is strong across the range, but higher trims add more driver-assistance features.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Kia Telluride?

This is a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 35.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 107 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.51% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $51,752 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Kia Telluride's resale value?

The current average of $53,029 CAD sits slightly below last year's $59,927 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled, which can make the Telluride more attractive to used buyers today. For a future seller, it also means you should expect resale value to depend heavily on condition, trim, and equipment. Well-kept examples with desirable features should still draw interest because the model’s reputation remains strong.

Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2025 Kia Telluride safe?

The 2025 Kia Telluride earns a five-star overall rating in crash tests performed by the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), and it earns a Top Safety Pick+ rating from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS).

It earns an 8/10 safety score from our experts.

Standard safety equipment includes forward collision warning, pedestrian and cyclist detection, intersection assistance when turning left across traffic, automatic emergency braking, blind spot monitoring, lane departure warning, lane keeping assist, lane centring assist, rear cross-traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, rear occupant alert, and safe exit assist. Every trim also gets Highway Driving Assist, and higher trims add lane-change assist.

One caveat is that the lane-centring assist system can be irritating in curves and may feel overly assertive on tighter roads.

Should I buy a 2025 Kia Telluride or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 35.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.51% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.
• It combines strong safety ratings with a capable road-trip setup and standard Highway Driving Assist.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $46,761 CAD, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $53,029 CAD average.
• It remains stylish, safe, roomy, rugged, and well suited to family use.

The bottom line: If you want the newer market position and are comfortable paying more for the 2025’s current pricing and feature set, it remains a strong choice. If you’re more price-sensitive, the 2024 is the smarter value play because it delivers much of the same appeal for less money.
