Used 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe for Sale near Saint-Michel, QC

Is the 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe a good car?

Generally — the 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe earns a 4/5 user rating and a 6.33/10 expert rating. The model scores 8/10 across Look and feel and Performance.

The 2025 Wrangler 4xe stands out most clearly as a personality-first SUV, especially in Willys ’41 Special Edition form, where the heritage-inspired styling is the main draw. It pairs that character with a plug-in hybrid powertrain and easy-to-use technology, and it is also described as fun to drive.

The trade-offs are just as clear: it is noisy, the interior materials feel cheap, and advanced safety features are not standard. That makes it a better fit if you value image, ruggedness, and character more than comfort or refinement.

34.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which suggests there is some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe reliable?

Owners rate it 4/5, a solid signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2025 Wrangler 4xe is built around a plug-in hybrid system that combines a turbocharged 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine with two electric motors and a 17.3-kWh battery pack. The expert evaluation describes it as a strong match for a lifestyle SUV, especially if you can recharge regularly and use electric driving for short trips.

The powertrain is presented as durable in everyday use, with the main ownership advantage being that it can dramatically improve efficiency when you plug it in often. Jeep also says you can recharge it in 12 hours from a standard household outlet, or in 2.5 hours with a Level 2 home charger.

For used buyers, the main long-term risk is financial rather than mechanical: if you do not plug it in regularly, the 4xe can lose much of its efficiency advantage and become harder to justify versus a conventional Wrangler.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe?

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The Willys ’41 Special Edition adds exclusive ’41 paint, 17-inch aluminium wheels styled like steelies, a tan soft-top roof, steel front and rear bumpers, 33-inch all-terrain tyres, Heritage Tan cloth seats, and an Olive Drab cloth dashboard insert. It is the most distinctive version, but the cabin remains standard Wrangler in layout and materials.
• Powertrain: The plug-in hybrid setup uses a turbocharged 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine, two electric motors, and a 17.3-kWh battery pack. It is rated for an estimated 35 kilometres of electric-only driving range and is meant to be used with regular charging.
• Safety package: Forward-collision warning and adaptive cruise control are standard on all trim levels. The optional Active Safety Group adds automatic high-beam headlights, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and rear parking sensors, but it requires the Convenience Group as well.
• Infotainment: Every Wrangler 4xe comes with a 12.3-inch touchscreen, Uconnect 5, and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Navigation is not offered on the Willys ’41, and a wireless charger is not available.
• Fuel efficiency: Jeep says the Wrangler 4xe averages 11.7 L/100 km in combined driving once the battery is depleted. In testing, it returned 7.6 L/100 km over a short electric-assisted run and 11.7 L/100 km over a longer loop.

Which 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe trim should I buy?

The 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe is offered in 5 trim levels: Sport S, Willys, Sahara, Rubicon, and Rubicon X.

Here's the short version:

• Sport S: This is the entry point if you want the plug-in hybrid Wrangler experience at the lowest price. It gives you the core 4xe powertrain and standard safety basics, but it is the trim where you are most likely to feel the absence of the extra equipment found higher up.
• Willys: This is the best-value choice if you want the Wrangler 4xe’s character without stretching too far up the range. It is the trim tied to the Willys ’41 Special Edition package, which adds the most distinctive styling and heritage-themed details.
• Sahara: Choose this if you want a more upscale take on the Wrangler 4xe and are willing to pay more for it. It sits above the Willys in the lineup and is aimed at buyers who want a more polished feel.
• Rubicon: Pick this if your priority is off-road capability and you want a more serious trail-focused setup. It is the more rugged step up in the range.
• Rubicon X: This is the top trim if you want the most expensive and most comprehensively equipped Wrangler 4xe in the lineup.

The safety package is not standard beyond forward-collision warning and adaptive cruise control, and the Active Safety Group requires the Convenience Group as well.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe?

This looks like a moderate, selective-buyer market, so it makes sense to shop carefully and compare listings before you commit.

• Deal availability: 34.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 126 listings available.

Is the 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe safe?

The 2025 Wrangler 4xe earns a mediocre three-star rating for rollover resistance from the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), and in a frontal impact the NHTSA says it provides its driver no better than three-star protection.

It earns a 3/10 safety score from our experts.

The Wrangler 4xe doesn’t offer many safety technologies. Forward-collision warning and adaptive cruise control are standard on all trim levels, while the optional Active Safety Group adds automatic high-beam headlights, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and rear parking sensors. Jeep will not add that package unless you also buy the Convenience Group.

The main caveat is that safety remains a weak point for this vehicle. If safety is a top priority for you, this is not the Wrangler’s strongest area.

Should I buy a 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 34.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Owners rate it 4/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.
• The 2025 model’s standout is the Willys ’41 Special Edition, with exclusive heritage-inspired styling and the same plug-in hybrid appeal.

The bottom line: If you want the current Wrangler 4xe’s heritage styling, plug-in hybrid powertrain, and easy-to-use tech, the 2025 is the one to target. If you are more price-sensitive, it makes sense to compare listings carefully and consider whichever nearby year gives you the best overall value for the equipment you want.
