Is the 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L a good car?

The 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L stands out because it blends three-row practicality with the kind of capability Jeep buyers expect. It is a larger midsize variant with third-row seats, and its appeal is built around off-road ability, strong towing capacity, and an interior that is both spacious and luxuriously refined.

For shoppers who want a three-row SUV that feels upscale and remains genuinely capable away from pavement, it offers a distinctive mix of space, refinement, towing strength, and off-road hardware. The market also shows 27.7% of listings as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L reliable?

The 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L is presented as a well-equipped, capability-focused three-row SUV with a refined cabin and a broad spread of comfort and convenience features. Its appeal is strongest if you value space, towing strength, and off-road hardware in one package.

For long-term ownership, you should weigh the complexity that can come with a premium, capability-oriented SUV against your expected use, especially if you plan to keep it for many years.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L?

This looks like a moderate market for selective buyers: there is enough inventory to compare options, but the best-priced examples may still move quickly.

• Deal availability: 27.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 267 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 16.70% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $60,507 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L's resale value?

The current average of $60,507 CAD sits slightly below last year's $72,640 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has become more favourable for buyers, but it also means future sellers may face more competition if values continue to soften. If you buy at the right price now, you may reduce the risk of taking a bigger depreciation hit later. For resale-minded shoppers, the safest approach is to focus on well-equipped examples with strong condition and clear history.

Should I buy a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 27.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 16.70% compared with last year.

The bottom line: The 2025 is the right path if you want the current-year mix of three-row space, upscale feel, and Jeep capability, especially if you can find a well-priced example. If you are more price-sensitive, a nearby model year may deliver similar utility for less money, so it is worth comparing condition, equipment, and asking price before you decide.
