Used 2025 Hyundai Kona for Sale near Blair Athol, NB

How much does the 2025 Hyundai Kona cost?

Prices have softened 15.21% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 708 listings available, which suggests a healthy amount of inventory for you to compare.

Is the 2025 Hyundai Kona a good car?

Yes — the 2025 Hyundai Kona earns a 4.8/5 user rating and an 8/10 expert rating. The model scores 9/10 across Technology and Safety.

Drivers consistently praise its modern design, tech features, and comfortable ride, and they also like the wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto and touchscreen radio. The Kona’s roomy feel and practical cargo space also come through strongly in owner feedback.

On the trade-off side, the expert review points to fairly pedestrian performance and a design that may be polarising. That said, for you as a small-SUV shopper, the Kona’s appeal is its mix of everyday usefulness, generous space, and a solid feature set rather than outright speed.

The market also looks supportive, with 33.1% of listings classified as good or great deals.

Is the 2025 Hyundai Kona reliable?

Owners rate it 4.8/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

User feedback describes the Kona as modern, comfortable, and tech-forward, while also suggesting it feels dependable enough for everyday use. The expert review reinforces that impression by highlighting Hyundai’s well-rounded package and the model’s strong value proposition.

Hyundai also backs the Kona with a five-year or 100,000-kilometre bumper-to-bumper warranty and five years of unlimited-kilometre roadside assistance, which helps reduce early ownership risk.

For used buyers, the main long-term risk is less about durability and more about choosing the right trim and powertrain for your needs.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Hyundai Kona?

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: Essential, Preferred, and N Line are the gas-model trims. The base trim gives you the core Kona experience, but the Preferred adds more visual polish, while the N Line brings the sportier look, larger wheels, and more upscale cabin tech. If you want the best value, the Preferred with the Trend package stands out for adding a power sunroof, digital key, leatherette upholstery, dual-zone automatic climate control, a wireless charging pad, and a proximity-activated power liftgate.
• Powertrain: Essential and Preferred use a 2.0-litre naturally aspirated four-cylinder with 147 horsepower and 132 lb-ft of torque, paired with Hyundai’s IVT. The N Line upgrades to a turbocharged 1.6-litre four-cylinder with 190 horsepower and 195 lb-ft of torque and an eight-speed automatic. If you want the strongest acceleration, the N Line is the one to target.
• Safety package: Hyundai’s standard suite includes Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist with pedestrian and cyclist detection, Lane Keeping Assist, Lane Following Assist, Blind-Spot Collision Warning, Rear Cross-traffic Collision Avoidance Assist, and Safe Exit Warning. Preferred adds enhanced Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist with junction turning and door opening detection, while the N Line with the Ultimate package adds Highway Driving Assist and Blind Spot View Monitor.
• Infotainment: Every Kona gets a 12.3-inch central touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and wireless Android Auto. Preferred with the Trend package and the N Line also add wireless charging and Hyundai’s digital key. The N Line with the Ultimate package is the one to look for if you want built-in navigation and the full Bose audio setup.
• Fuel efficiency: The FWD 2.0-litre engine is rated at 7.5 L/100 km combined. AWD raises that by 1.0 L/100 km, and the turbocharged N Line is rated at 9.0 L/100 km combined with standard AWD.

Which 2025 Hyundai Kona trim should I buy?

The 2025 Hyundai Kona is offered in 3 trim levels: Essential, Preferred, and N Line.

Here's the short version:

• Essential: This is the entry point, but it still gives you the Kona’s core strengths: a 12.3-inch touchscreen, wireless smartphone integration, and a strong standard safety list. It makes sense if you want the lowest starting price and can live without the extra convenience and style upgrades.
• Preferred: This is the best-value trim for most shoppers. It adds more visual polish, and with the Trend package it becomes especially appealing thanks to the sunroof, digital key, leatherette upholstery, dual-zone climate control, wireless charging, and power liftgate.
• N Line: Choose this if you want the most powerful gas engine, standard AWD, a more upscale digital cockpit, and sportier styling. It is the right pick if you care more about equipment and performance than lowest cost.

All trims include Hyundai’s standard advanced safety equipment, while Preferred and N Line add more features depending on package choice.

Should I buy a 2025 Hyundai Kona or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 33.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 15.21% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.8/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• It keeps the second-generation Kona’s roomy packaging, strong safety tech, and solid value focus.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $27,337 CAD, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $29,629 CAD average.
• It brings a fresh redesign and a new-generation feel.

Consider the 2026 if:

• It carries over the Kona’s roomy cabin and broad feature set with added everyday usability.

The bottom line: You should lean toward the 2025 if you want a well-equipped Kona with strong safety tech and a softer price trend than last year. If your priority is saving money, the 2024 is the better value play; if you want the latest carryover version, the 2026 is the cleaner long-term comparison.
