Used 2025 Honda Ridgeline for Sale nearVancouver, BC

How much does the 2025 Honda Ridgeline cost?

Prices have softened 9.09% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 85 listings available, which suggests a modest amount of inventory for you to compare.

Is the 2025 Honda Ridgeline a good car?

Yes — you get a 5/5 user rating and an expert rating of 7.8/10. The standout strength is Form and function at 9/10.

The 2025 Honda Ridgeline takes a different approach to midsize pickups, using crossover-like unibody construction and clever storage solutions to make daily use easier. It also comes standard with all-wheel drive, and its comfortable ride and good handling make it especially appealing if you want a truck that feels easy to live with.

The trade-offs are clear: it does not offer the towing capacity or off-road capability of more traditional trucks, and its technology is described as outdated.

With 23.5% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have a reasonable chance of finding a competitively priced example.

Is the 2025 Honda Ridgeline reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The Ridgeline’s unibody construction helps it feel solid, while its smooth V6 and nine-speed automatic are described as an excellent combination. Honda’s standard AWD and refined road manners also support the impression of a well-sorted truck for everyday use.

Its standard equipment and straightforward cabin layout suggest a practical ownership experience, and the model’s no-nonsense design should appeal if you value durability over flash. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is that its age and limited towing and off-road ability may matter more as your needs change.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Honda Ridgeline?

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The Sport, TrailSport, and Black Edition each bring different equipment levels. The TrailSport adds all-terrain tyres, unique suspension tuning, and a front skid plate, while the Black Edition adds navigation and an eight-speaker audio system. The base Sport is the most stripped-back choice, so check whether it has the features you want.
• Powertrain: Every 2025 Ridgeline uses a 3.5-litre V6 with 280 horsepower and a nine-speed automatic transmission. It is smooth and responsive, but the engine start-stop system can feel slow.
• Safety package: Honda Sensing includes forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane-departure warning, lane-keep assist, adaptive cruise control, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and Road Departure Mitigation. The lack of a 360-degree camera system is a notable gap.
• Infotainment: All models get a 9-inch touchscreen, Bluetooth, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and wireless phone charging. The Black Edition adds navigation. The system uses USB-A for data, which feels dated.
• Fuel efficiency: Most models return 11.5 L/100 km combined, while TrailSport models are rated at 11.6 L/100 km combined.

Which 2025 Honda Ridgeline trim should I buy?

The 2025 Honda Ridgeline is offered in 3 trim levels: Sport, TrailSport, Black Edition.

Here's the short version:

• Sport: This is the entry point, but it still gives you the Ridgeline’s core strengths, including standard AWD, the V6, a 9-inch touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and wireless phone charging. It makes sense if you want the least expensive way into the model.
• TrailSport: This is the best-value trim if you want the Ridgeline’s more adventurous look and hardware. It adds all-terrain tyres, unique suspension tuning, and a front skid plate, while keeping the truck’s everyday comfort intact.
• Black Edition: Choose this if you want the most upscale Ridgeline. It adds navigation, an eight-speaker audio system, and rear USB-C ports, making it the most fully equipped version.

Honda Sensing is standard across the range, so you do not need to move up a trim for the core safety suite.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Honda Ridgeline?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, so it pays to compare listings carefully.

• Deal availability: 23.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 85 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.09% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $50,858 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Honda Ridgeline's resale value?

The current average of $51,628 CAD sits slightly below last year's $56,792 CAD.

That softer pricing can help you buy in at a more favourable point, but it also suggests the market has adjusted downward from where it was a year ago. If you plan to sell later, you should expect resale value to depend heavily on condition, mileage, and trim choice.

The Ridgeline’s practical design and strong everyday appeal should help it remain attractive to used buyers. Its broad usefulness may support demand, even if it does not have the same truck credentials as more traditional rivals.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2025 Honda Ridgeline safe?

The 2025 Honda Ridgeline earns five-star ratings in frontal and side crash tests from NHTSA, and four-star ratings in rollover testing.

It earns an 8/10 safety score from our experts.

Honda Sensing is standard and includes forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane-departure warning, lane-keep assist, adaptive cruise control, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and Road Departure Mitigation. The system is generally unobtrusive, though the adaptive cruise control can be slow to accelerate when traffic clears.

IIHS testing showed strong results in several areas, including a Good score in the updated side crash test and a Good score in the original moderate front overlap test. The small overlap front test was rated Acceptable, and headlights received a Marginal rating.

Should I buy a 2025 Honda Ridgeline or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 23.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.09% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• It carries over unchanged after recent updates, so you get the latest version of this formula.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $47,840 CAD, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $51,628 CAD average.
• It adds a TrailSport trim and interior updates that make the truck feel fresher.

The bottom line: If you want the newest version of the Ridgeline and are shopping the current market, the 2025 is the straightforward choice. If price matters more than having the latest model year, the 2024 is the better value path, especially if you like the Ridgeline’s practical layout and do not need the newest badge on the driveway.
