Used 2025 Honda CR-V for Sale nearNorth Vancouver, BC

How much does the 2025 Honda CR-V cost?

Prices have softened 10.64% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 762 listings available, which suggests you should have a reasonable amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2025 Honda CR-V a good car?

Yes — the 2025 Honda CR-V earns a 5/5 user rating, which is a strong signal that you should expect a very satisfying ownership experience. Owners consistently praise its excellent fuel efficiency, comfortable interior, and top-notch tech features, and the review summary also points to its handling and performance as standout aspects. That lines up well with the CR-V’s practical, comfort-first positioning, especially if you want a compact crossover that is easy to live with every day. With 33.5% of listings marked as good or great deals, you also have a decent chance of finding a well-priced example.

Is the 2025 Honda CR-V reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback also points to a vehicle that feels dependable and trouble-free in day-to-day use, with the kind of long-term confidence shoppers usually want from a used crossover. Combined with the CR-V’s reputation for reliability and its practical, easy-to-live-with design, that makes it a reassuring choice if you plan to keep your next vehicle for years. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is paying too much for a popular model, so condition and price still matter.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Honda CR-V?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile opportunities.

• Deal availability: 33.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 762 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.64% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $36,230 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Honda CR-V's resale value?

The current average of $36,230 CAD sits slightly below last year's $40,544 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy more confidently now but may also limit upside if you plan to sell soon. For a future seller, the key takeaway is that the CR-V still has broad appeal, but softer current pricing means resale gains are less likely unless you buy well and keep the vehicle in excellent condition. Strong demand for practical, efficient crossovers should still support values better than average over time.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2025 Honda CR-V or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 33.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.64% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the strongest mix of owner satisfaction, current pricing, and broad market availability, the 2025 is the one to focus on. If you are especially price-sensitive, a nearby year may be worth comparing, but the 2025 already gives you a compelling balance of value and confidence.
