Used 2025 Dodge Durango for Sale nearPointe-Claire, QC

How much does the 2025 Dodge Durango cost?

Prices have softened 15.91% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 541 listings available, which suggests you have a reasonable amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2025 Dodge Durango a good car?

The 2025 Dodge Durango earns a 7.17/10 expert rating, and its strongest category score is Form and function at 9/10.

The standout strength is Form and function at 9/10.

It remains a likable midsize three-row SUV with a roomy, comfortable interior and a modern infotainment system, and it still stands out if you want a practical family vehicle with a more muscular personality than many rivals. The trade-offs are clear: the Durango’s fuel thirst is hard to ignore, its safety package is basic, and its crash-test performance is unimpressive.

For shoppers who value style, attitude, and available V8 power, the Durango still makes a case for itself, and 36.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.

Is the 2025 Dodge Durango reliable?

The 2025 Dodge Durango is described as an older design that has aged remarkably well, but its age is still part of the ownership equation. It remains a practical, comfortable three-row SUV, and the expert assessment points to strong performance and a solidly constructed cabin.

The performance notes also reinforce that it is a proven, long-running package rather than a fresh redesign. That can be reassuring if you want a familiar mechanical formula, but it also means you should expect the usual wear-and-tear considerations that come with a vehicle at the end of its production run.

If you’re buying used, long-term ownership risk is more about age and upkeep than novelty, so a careful inspection history matters.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Dodge Durango?

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The GT is the base model and comes with a V6 engine and standard all-wheel drive, while the SRT Hellcat adds a much more aggressive visual and cabin presentation with premium materials and special-edition touches. The base trim is the one most likely to feel light on extras.
• Powertrain: You can choose between a 295-horsepower 3.6-litre V6, a 360-hp 5.7-litre V8, and a 710-hp supercharged 6.2-litre V8. All use an eight-speed automatic transmission and standard AWD in Canada.
• Safety package: Standard equipment includes forward-collision warning, automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, front and rear parking sensors, lane-departure warning, and lane-keep assist. The package is short by modern standards.
• Infotainment: All 2025 Durangos have a Uconnect 5 system with a 10.1-inch touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, native navigation, dual-phone Bluetooth pairing, wireless smartphone charging, and subscription services.
• Fuel efficiency: The SRT Hellcat is rated at 20.5 L/100 km in the city, 13.8 on the highway, and 17.4 combined.

Which 2025 Dodge Durango trim should I buy?

The 2025 Dodge Durango is offered in 3 trim levels: GT, R/T, SRT Hellcat.

Here's the short version:

• GT: This is the value play if you want the Durango’s standard V6, AWD, and core three-row practicality without chasing the highest sticker price. It gives you the basic Durango formula in the most accessible package.
• R/T: This is the best fit if you want a stronger V8 character without jumping all the way to the Hellcat’s extreme performance and price. It should suit you if you want more muscle while keeping the Durango’s family-friendly layout.
• SRT Hellcat: This is the one to buy if you want the full Durango experience: huge power, performance hardware, special-edition flair, and the most dramatic personality in the lineup.

The safety package remains basic across the range, so don’t expect a trim jump to transform the Durango’s driver-assistance content.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Dodge Durango?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 36.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 541 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 15.91% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $50,528 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Dodge Durango's resale value?

The current average of $50,528 CAD sits slightly below last year's $60,088 CAD.

That price movement suggests the Durango has softened meaningfully in the used market, which can help you as a buyer today. For a future seller, it means resale values may remain under pressure unless demand strengthens for its V8-powered personality and three-row practicality.

If you plan to sell later, the current trend suggests you should expect a more value-sensitive market than last year. That said, well-kept examples with desirable trims and strong equipment should still be easier to position than plain, high-mileage examples.

Is the 2025 Dodge Durango safe?

The 2025 Dodge Durango earns a four-star overall rating from NHTSA and a three-star rollover resistance rating.

It earns a 4/10 safety score from our experts.

The standard safety suite includes forward-collision warning, automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, front and rear parking sensors, lane-departure warning, and lane-keep assist. The expert assessment also flags the Durango’s basic safety feature set and unimpressive crash-test results as key shortcomings.

Should I buy a 2025 Dodge Durango or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 36.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 15.91% compared with last year.
• It’s the final-year Durango, with lineup cuts and special editions that make it the last chance to buy this version new.

Consider the 2026 if:

• It keeps the Durango’s old-school feel while remaining one of the oldest new vehicles on sale.

The bottom line: If you want the last year of this Durango generation and you find a well-priced example, the 2025 is the one to target. If you’re especially price-sensitive, the nearby model year may be worth a look, but the 2025’s softer pricing and final-year status make it the more compelling buy for many shoppers.
