Used 2025 Audi Q7 for Sale nearSt. John's, NL

How much does the 2025 Audi Q7 cost?

Prices have softened 9.22% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 98 listings available, which suggests a reasonable amount of inventory for you to compare.

Is the 2025 Audi Q7 a good car?

The 2025 Audi Q7 earns a 7.33/10 expert rating.

The model scores 8/10 across Look and feel, Form and function, and Technology.

It stands out as a mid-size SUV with room for seven, standard all-wheel drive, and a premium road feel that suits buyers who want refinement and composed handling. The trade-offs are clear: the third row is only barely usable, fuel economy is poor, and the price can climb quickly as you move up the trim line.

The market also shows 25.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2025 Audi Q7 reliable?

The 2025 Audi Q7 is presented as a well-built luxury SUV with strong driving dynamics and a long-running platform, but its advanced driver-assistance tech is a weak point compared with newer rivals.

Its powertrains are described as smooth and easy to live with, and the larger engine delivers confident performance through the eight-speed automatic and all-wheel drive. The Q7 also includes configurable driver-assistance settings, which can help you tailor how the systems behave.

If you plan to keep one long term, the main ownership risk is that the dated safety and assistance tech may feel increasingly behind the curve as the vehicle ages.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Audi Q7?

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The base trim gives you the core Q7 experience, but the higher trims add more equipment and the larger engine. The biggest gap to watch is that the more advanced driver-assistance setup is still not especially modern, so you should judge the trim by its equipment rather than assuming the top version solves that weakness.
• Powertrain: You can choose between a 2.0-litre turbocharged inline four-cylinder with 261 horsepower and 273 pound-feet of torque, or a 3.0-litre turbo V6 with 335 horsepower and 365 pound-feet of torque. The larger engine is the stronger choice if you want more effortless performance.
• Safety package: The Q7 includes blind-spot monitoring, lane-keeping assist, cruise control, adaptive cruise control on upper trims, and self-parking for parallel and perpendicular spaces. The lane-centring and adaptive cruise systems are not as polished as you might expect in this class.
• Infotainment: You get a 10.1-inch centre screen, a smaller lower screen for HVAC controls, a configurable digital gauge cluster, wireless Apple CarPlay, wireless Android Auto, and the Audi App Store. The system also includes online navigation and traffic light information for a trial period.
• Fuel efficiency: The 3.0-litre V6 is rated at 13.0 L/100 km in the city, 10.0 on the highway, and 11.7 combined. The 2.0-litre engine is rated at 12.0 L/100 km city, 9.2 highway, and 10.7 combined.

Which 2025 Audi Q7 trim should I buy?

The 2025 Audi Q7 is offered in 3 trim levels: base, Progressiv, and Technik.

Here's the short version:

• base: This is the trim to focus on if you want the best value. The source material specifically points you toward the base trim with the more potent engine, which gives you the strongest balance of price and performance without chasing the most expensive version.
• Progressiv: This is the middle step if you want more equipment than the base model and prefer the stronger engine as standard. It makes sense if you want a more upscale feel without going all the way to the top trim.
• Technik: This is the most expensive choice and the one for buyers who want the fullest feature set. The trade-off is that the price can climb quickly, and the source material suggests the added cost is harder to justify given the dated ADAS tech.

The safety package includes adaptive cruise control on upper trims, so you should compare trim equipment carefully if that feature matters to you.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Audi Q7?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find opportunities.

• Deal availability: 25.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 98 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.22% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $68,581 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Audi Q7's resale value?

The current average of $70,319 CAD sits slightly below last year's $77,461 CAD.

That softer pricing suggests the Q7 is currently more accessible to used buyers than it was a year ago. If you buy now, you may benefit from a lower entry point, but a future seller could face more pressure if the market stays soft. For you, that means the model is better approached as a value-focused purchase than as a short-term resale play.

Is the 2025 Audi Q7 safe?

The 2025 Audi Q7 earns five-star ratings overall and for side crash from NHTSA, and four-star ratings for front crash and rollover.

It earns a 6/10 safety score from our experts.

The Q7 includes blind-spot monitoring, lane-keeping assist, cruise control, adaptive cruise control on upper trims, and self-parking for parallel and perpendicular spaces. It also lets you customise the adaptive cruise behaviour, and there are physical shortcuts for ADAS settings.

The main caveat is that the lane-centring and adaptive cruise systems are described as outdated and less polished than what you’ll find in some rivals. The IIHS has not yet rated the 2025 model, though the 2024 Q7 earned Good marks in crashworthiness, seatbelts and child restraints.

Should I buy a 2025 Audi Q7 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 25.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.22% compared with last year.
• The mid-cycle refresh, standard all-wheel drive, and strong road manners matter more to you than having the newest driver-assistance tech.

The bottom line: If you want the freshest version of the Q7 in this range, the 2025 is the one to target, especially if you value its styling update and composed driving character. If you’re more price-sensitive, a lower-priced nearby model year may make more sense, particularly if you can live with older tech and want to stretch your budget further.
