How much does the 2025 Audi Q7 cost?

There are 98 listings available, which gives you a solid amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2025 Audi Q7 a good car?

The 2025 Audi Q7 earns an expert rating of 7.3/10.

The model scores 8/10 across Look and feel, Form and function, and Technology.

It stands out as a mid-size SUV with room for seven, and its stylish design and standard all-wheel drive give it broad appeal if you want a premium SUV that feels composed on the road. The Q7 also brings two engine choices and strong driving dynamics, so you get flexibility along with a polished driving experience.

The trade-offs are clear: the third row is cramped for anyone but the smallest passengers, and the advanced driver-assistance features lag behind what some rivals offer.

With 31.6% of listings marked as good or great deals, there’s meaningful room to shop carefully.

Is the 2025 Audi Q7 reliable?

The 2025 Audi Q7 is presented as a refined, well-rounded luxury SUV, but it also shows its age in some key areas.

Its power delivery is smooth and easy, and the SUV handles like a dream, which supports the case for solid everyday dependability. The expert review also notes that the Q7’s driving dynamics and engine prowess are clear strengths.

On the cost side, the larger engine adds to the bottom line, and the top trim can climb quickly once options are added. For used buyers, that means long-term ownership risk is less about basic capability and more about choosing a configuration that won’t leave you overpaying for features you may not need.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Audi Q7?

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The base trim gets the core Q7 formula, while Progressiv and Technik add more equipment and the stronger engine. The base version is the one to watch if you want to avoid paying too much for features that may not matter to you.
• Powertrain: You can choose between a 2.0-litre turbocharged inline four-cylinder with 261 horsepower and a 3.0-litre turbo V6 with 335 horsepower. The larger engine is the better motivator, but it also pushes the price higher.
• Safety package: The Q7 includes blind-spot monitoring, lane-keeping assist, cruise control, and adaptive cruise control on upper trims. It can also park itself in parallel and perpendicular spaces, but the lane-centring is described as haphazard and the system is not as robust as some rivals.
• Infotainment: Audi’s MMI system uses a 10.1-inch centre screen with a smaller lower screen for HVAC controls, plus a configurable digital gauge cluster. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are included, and the Audi App Store adds third-party apps.
• Fuel efficiency: The 2.0-litre engine is rated at 12.0 L/100 km city, 9.2 highway, and 10.7 combined. The 3.0-litre engine is rated at 13.0 L/100 km city, 10.0 highway, and 11.7 combined.

Which 2025 Audi Q7 trim should I buy?

The 2025 Audi Q7 is offered in 3 trim levels: base, Progressiv, and Technik.

Here's the short version:

• base: This is the best-value starting point if you want the Q7’s design, standard all-wheel drive, and core luxury feel without stretching the budget too far. It gives you the essentials and leaves room to choose the engine you want.
• Progressiv: This trim is the middle ground if you want more equipment and the stronger engine without jumping all the way to the top. It makes sense if you want a more complete Q7 experience but still care about value.
• Technik: This is the most feature-rich version, but it also pushes the price up quickly. It suits you if you want the fullest expression of the Q7 and are comfortable paying for it.

The safety package includes blind-spot monitoring, lane-keeping assist, cruise control, and adaptive cruise control on upper trims.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Audi Q7?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you’re patient.

• Deal availability: 31.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 98 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.32% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $68,581 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Audi Q7's resale value?

The current average of $69,276 CAD sits slightly below last year's $77,249 CAD.

That price movement suggests the Q7 has become more approachable for used buyers than it was a year ago. If you’re planning to sell later, you should expect a softer resale environment than last year’s market. The upside is that today’s lower entry price may help you attract more interest if you price your Q7 competitively and keep it well equipped.

Is the 2025 Audi Q7 safe?

The 2025 Audi Q7 earns five-star ratings overall and for side crash from NHTSA, and four-star ratings for front crash and rollover.

It earns a 6/10 safety score from our experts.

The Q7 includes blind-spot monitoring, lane-keeping assist, cruise control, adaptive cruise control on upper trims, and self-parking for parallel and perpendicular spaces. It also lets you customise the adaptive cruise behaviour, and there’s a physical button for ADAS settings plus a shortcut on the turn-signal stalk for lane-keeping assist.

The main caveat is that the advanced driver-assistance tech feels dated and less polished than what you’ll find in some rivals, and the lane-centring can be haphazard.

Should I buy a 2025 Audi Q7 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 31.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.32% compared with last year.
• The refreshed design, standard all-wheel drive, and updated tech appeal to you more than waiting for a different year.

The bottom line: The 2025 Q7 makes sense if you want the refreshed look and a used-market price that has eased from last year. If you’re especially price-sensitive, you may want to keep shopping for the best-equipped example at the lowest possible price, since the Q7’s value depends heavily on trim and options.
