Owners consistently praise its smooth ride, spacious interior, and great features. The owner feedback points to reliability as one of the Camry’s core strengths, alongside comfort and a smooth driving experience. Drivers also describe it as a car they feel good about keeping for the long term, which reinforces its reputation as a dependable choice.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Toyota Camry?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you stay patient.

• Deal availability: 36.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 233 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.28% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $29,494 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Toyota Camry's resale value?

The current average of $30,822 CAD sits slightly below last year's $33,603 CAD.

That softer pricing can be helpful if you are buying now, but it also means a future seller may not see the same level of price support that existed a year ago. Even so, the Camry’s strong reputation and broad appeal should help it remain attractive to used shoppers. If you keep mileage reasonable and maintenance records organised, you should be in a better position when it is time to sell.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.7/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Toyota Camry or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 36.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.28% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.7/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2025 if:

• At $38,817 CAD, the 2025 costs more than the current year's $30,822 CAD average.
• It adds a new hybrid powertrain and updated styling.

The bottom line:
If you want the better value today, the 2024 is the stronger starting point because it combines a lower average price with solid owner satisfaction and decent deal availability. If you are willing to pay more for the newest look and features, the 2025 is the better fit; otherwise, price-sensitive buyers should focus on the 2024.
