Is the 2024 Nissan Murano a good car?

Yes — 5/5 is a strong user rating for the 2024 Nissan Murano, and it fits a midsize SUV that leans into comfort and style rather than outright sportiness. The cabin is described as a big step forward in design and quality, with a clean, minimal layout, more spacious front seats, and a premium-feeling interior. It also suits you well if you want a smooth, family-friendly daily driver with a distinctive look and useful everyday equipment. 29.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2024 Nissan Murano reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2024 Murano is presented as a comfort-focused SUV with a strong crash-test record in its generation and a history of broadening safety features over time. Its refined cabin and established powertrain layout should appeal if you want a used SUV that feels settled and familiar rather than experimental. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that a comfort-first design can still come with compromises in practicality and driving engagement.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Nissan Murano?

It looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 29.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 202 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 5.69% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $33,466 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Nissan Murano's resale value?

The current average of $34,359 CAD sits slightly below last year's $36,434 CAD.

That softer pricing suggests the Murano has become easier to buy, but it also means future sellers may face some pressure if the market stays cautious. If you own one and keep it in strong condition, the model’s comfort-focused appeal can still help it stand out to shoppers who value a refined cabin and smooth road manners. The current pricing trend points to steady but not especially strong appreciation potential in the near term.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Nissan Murano or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 29.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 5.69% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2025 if:

• At $47,078 CAD, the 2025 costs more than the current year's $34,359 CAD average.
• It brings a new powertrain and a broader set of new features.

The bottom line: Choose the 2024 if you want the better value and a comfort-first Murano with plenty of inventory to compare. Consider the 2025 if you want the newer redesign and are willing to pay a significant premium for it.
