Is the 2024 Nissan Frontier a good car?

Yes — the 2024 Nissan Frontier earns a 4.8/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. For you, that makes it a sensible pick if you want a midsize pickup with everyday usability, a tougher look, and a practical mix of standard features. Owners rate it 4.8/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback points to a truck that feels dependable in daily use, with praise for its comfort, value, and strong performance. This looks like a buyer-friendly market for the 2024 Frontier, especially if you are ready to move when a strong listing appears.

• Deal availability: 42.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 105 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.69% compared with last year.

What is the 2024 Nissan Frontier's resale value?

The current average of $47,542 CAD sits slightly below last year's $52,066 CAD.

That softer pricing can work in your favour if you are buying now, but it also means future resale values may depend more heavily on condition, mileage, and trim choice. If you sell later, a truck bought at a lower entry price can help reduce your total ownership cost. The current market also suggests there is still healthy demand for well-priced examples, which should help support resale interest.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.8/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Nissan Frontier or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 42.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.69% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.8/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $42,014 CAD, the 2023 costs less than the current year's $47,542 CAD average.
• It offers familiar value with updated standard features.

Consider the 2025 if:

• At $53,804 CAD, the 2025 costs more than the current year's $47,542 CAD average.
• It adds more standard safety tech and a larger touchscreen.

The bottom line: The 2024 is the best all-around choice if you want a strong mix of value, owner satisfaction, and current-market pricing. If your priority is spending less, the 2023 is the smarter budget path; if you want newer features and can stretch your budget, the 2025 is the upgrade path.
