Used 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLC for Sale nearBurlington, ON

How much does the 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLC cost?

Prices have softened 13.07% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 232 listings available, which suggests you still have a reasonable amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLC a good car?

Yes — the 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLC earns a 5/5 user rating and a 7.17/10 expert rating, which points to broad appeal for shoppers who want a premium compact crossover with strong everyday usability. The model scores 8/10 across Look and feel and Technology.

The GLC’s appeal is built around a polished ride, a highly functional voice-command system, and strong safety credentials. It also fits buyers who want a luxury crossover that feels refined and convenient rather than overly aggressive.

The trade-offs are clear: desirable advanced driver-assistance features are not standard, and cargo space is limited, especially in the Coupe. That means the GLC makes the most sense if you value refinement and reassurance more than maximum versatility or a long standard-equipment list.

With 34.5% of listings marked as good or great deals, there is still some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLC reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The GLC is presented as a polished, upscale crossover with strong everyday usability, and its expert assessment supports that impression with a solid 7.17/10 overall score. It also earns praise for a highly functional voice-command system and excellent safety results, both of which can make day-to-day ownership feel easier and more reassuring.

Its performance setup is described as capable and refined, though the AMG-tuned version brings firmer ride quality and rougher shifts than many commuters will want. The standard maintenance perk language is not included in the available data.

For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that some of the features you may expect in a luxury SUV cost extra, so you should verify equipment carefully before you buy.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLC?

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The base GLC 300 4Matic gives you the core luxury crossover experience, while the AMG GLC 43 adds a more performance-focused character. The base model is the better fit if you want the most balanced ownership experience, while the AMG version suits you if you specifically want stronger performance and can live with a firmer ride.
• Powertrain: In Canada, all versions use 4Matic all-wheel drive and a nine-speed automatic. The GLC 300 uses a mild-hybrid turbo-four with 255 hp, while the AMG GLC 43 uses a turbocharged 2.0-litre four-cylinder with 416 horsepower and a 48-volt mild-hybrid system.
• Safety package: Standard equipment includes active brake assist, attention assist, blind-spot and exit warning assist, adaptive braking technology, adaptive high beams, heated and rain-sensing wipers, active parking assist, and Pre-Safe. Popular features such as adaptive cruise control, active steering assist, active lane-keeping assist, and traffic sign assist cost extra.
• Infotainment: You get an 11.9-inch centre screen with the third-generation MBUX system, wireless Apple CarPlay, and wireless Android Auto. Navigation, a 15-speaker Burmester 3D surround sound system, a head-up display, augmented reality navigation, and additional USB-C ports are available.
• Fuel efficiency: The GLC 300 SUV and Coupe are rated at 9.0 L/100 km combined, while the AMG GLC 43 SUV is rated at 11.2 L/100 km combined and the AMG GLC 43 Coupe at 11.4 L/100 km combined.

Which 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLC trim should I buy?

The 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLC is offered in 2 trim levels: GLC 300 4Matic and AMG GLC 43.

Here's the short version:

• GLC 300 4Matic: This is the trim most shoppers should start with because it delivers the core GLC experience with strong everyday usability, standard all-wheel drive, and the best balance of comfort and efficiency. It is the better-value choice if you want the polished ride and premium feel without paying for the AMG’s extra performance.
• AMG GLC 43: Choose this if you want the more powerful, enthusiast-oriented version with 416 horsepower, quicker-shifting hardware, and standard four-wheel steering. It is the right pick if performance matters more to you than ride softness or commuter comfort.

Standard safety equipment includes active brake assist, attention assist, blind-spot and exit warning assist, adaptive braking technology, adaptive high beams, heated and rain-sensing wipers, active parking assist, and Pre-Safe. Several advanced driver-assistance features remain optional.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLC?

The market looks moderately favourable if you are a selective buyer.

• Deal availability: 34.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 232 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.07% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $52,078 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLC's resale value?

The current average of $53,811 CAD sits slightly below last year's $61,901 CAD.

That softer pricing trend suggests the market has become more buyer-friendly, which can also mean future sellers may need to be more competitive when it is time to trade in or list the vehicle. If you buy at the right price now, you may have less downside exposure than someone who paid closer to last year’s average. Strong equipment and a premium brand image can still help support demand later.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLC safe?

The 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLC earned a Top Safety Pick+ award from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS), that institution’s highest honour.

It earns a 7/10 safety score from our experts.

Standard safety features on the 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLC Coupe and SUV include active brake assist, attention assist, blind-spot and exit warning assist, adaptive braking technology, adaptive high beams, heated and rain-sensing wipers, and active parking assist, among other features. Pre-Safe is also standard and can tighten seatbelts, close the windows and moonroof if equipped, and re-position the front passenger’s seat in the event of an imminent crash.

A key caveat is that the standard front crash-prevention system was rated Acceptable, while the upgraded version earned Good. Some advanced driver-assistance systems remain optional rather than standard.

Should I buy a 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLC or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 34.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.07% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• It adds AMG variants back to the range, broadening performance choice.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $48,791 CAD, the 2023 costs less than the current year's $53,811 CAD average.
• It is a conservative redesign with a polished, upscale feel and strong everyday comfort.

Consider the 2025 if:

• At $66,703 CAD, the 2025 costs more than the current year's $53,811 CAD average.
• It adds a plug-in hybrid variant and brings a more balanced, practical package.

The bottom line: The 2024 is the best all-round choice if you want the current-year mix of safety, refinement, and broader trim availability. If price matters most, the 2023 is the smarter value play; if you want the newer model-year updates and can spend more, the 2025 is the upgrade path.
