Yes — 4.8/5 is a strong user rating for this model year, and the 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid backs that up with a mix of comfort, standard equipment, and efficiency. The overview points to a three-row SUV with a more utilitarian design, a larger footprint, and a standard third row, so it suits you if you want family-friendly space without moving to a larger vehicle. It also brings a well-equipped cabin and a soft, controlled ride, which makes it appealing for everyday use. Is the 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid reliable?

Owners rate it 4.8/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The overview suggests a vehicle built around comfort, standard equipment, and efficiency rather than complexity for its own sake, which can be reassuring if you want a straightforward family SUV. Its soft ride and strong noise suppression also point to a well-sorted daily driver.

For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is making sure the hybrid system, all-wheel-drive hardware, and higher-weight platform have been maintained properly.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 26.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 75 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.14% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $42,100 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid's resale value?

The current average of $42,153 CAD sits slightly below last year's $45,886 CAD.

That softer pricing can help you if you're buying now, but it also means future resale may depend more on how well the market values this generation's styling and packaging. Because the model is distinctive and still relatively new, demand should remain tied to shoppers who specifically want a three-row hybrid SUV with standard equipment and efficiency. If fuel savings and family practicality stay priorities, that should support used-market interest.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.8/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 26.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.14% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.8/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $32,285 CAD, the 2023 costs less than the current year's $42,153 CAD average.
• It offers practical value with comfort, space, and efficiency.

The bottom line:
Choose the 2024 if you want the newer design, standard third row, and a broader set of features. If your priority is saving money, the 2023 is the better path for you, especially if you value practicality over the latest styling.
