Used 2024 Chrysler Pacifica for Sale nearEdmonton, AB

How much does the 2024 Chrysler Pacifica cost?

Prices have softened 16.26% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 529 listings available, which suggests healthy inventory for shoppers comparing trims and prices.

Is the 2024 Chrysler Pacifica a good car?

Yes — the 2024 Chrysler Pacifica earns a 5/5 user rating and an 8.2/10 expert rating. The model scores 9/10 across Look and feel and Form and function.

It stands out as one of the few North American-market minivans, and it continues with minimal changes for 2024, with only a handful of new colour options. The Pacifica’s appeal is its stylish design, comfortable cabin, and easy-to-use technology, which makes it a strong fit if you want a family vehicle that feels more polished than purely utilitarian.

The trade-offs are clear: performance is fairly pedestrian, the interior materials feel cheap, and the interior design has some functional issues.

With 34.4% of listings marked as good or great deals, there is meaningful market availability if you want to shop selectively.

Is the 2024 Chrysler Pacifica reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The Pacifica is built on Chrysler’s long-running minivan experience, and the overview describes it as a model that covers the basics well. Its 3.6-litre V6 is a long-serving engine used across the former Fiat Chrysler Automobiles lineup, which supports the sense that the powertrain is familiar and proven. The expert review also describes the Pacifica as quiet, comfortable, and relatively refined compared with rivals.

Chrysler’s three-year/60,000-kilometre basic warranty and five-year/100,000-kilometre powertrain warranty add some ownership reassurance. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is that some interior materials and functional details may age less gracefully than the Pacifica’s stronger comfort and technology features.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Chrysler Pacifica?

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The base Touring trim gets the essentials, but higher trims add more equipment and visual polish. The Pacifica’s standard LED headlights, taillights, fog lights, and daytime running lights help across the range, while 18-inch and 20-inch wheels are reserved for higher trims and option packages. If you want the most upscale cabin, the Pinnacle is the top trim, but the interior still includes a lot of plastic despite its premium touches.
• Powertrain: The standard Pacifica uses a 3.6-litre V6 with 287 horsepower and a nine-speed automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive is standard, while all-wheel drive is available on Touring L and Limited and standard on Pinnacle. The V6 is described as a good fit for the minivan, with enough power for peppy acceleration and a towing capacity of 1,632 kilograms.
• Safety package: Standard safety equipment includes blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, forward-collision warning, automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, lane-departure warning, adaptive cruise control, and rear park assist. A 360-degree camera system, front park assist, and a parallel/perpendicular park assist system are optional.
• Infotainment: You get a 10.1-inch touchscreen with Uconnect 5, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Bluetooth, and a 7-inch digital display in the instrument cluster. Available upgrades include built-in navigation, a 19-speaker Harman Kardon audio system, and up to 12 USB-C ports across all three rows.
• Fuel efficiency: Natural Resources Canada rates the Pacifica at 10.6 L/100 km combined with front-wheel drive and 12.0 L/100 km combined with all-wheel drive.

Which 2024 Chrysler Pacifica trim should I buy?

The 2024 Chrysler Pacifica is offered in 4 trim levels: Touring, Touring L, Limited, and Pinnacle.

Here's the short version:

• Touring: This is the entry point, and it makes sense if you want the Pacifica’s core strengths without paying for extras you may not need. It gets the standard styling, LED lighting, and Uconnect 5 setup, so you still get the Pacifica’s main appeal.
• Touring L: This is the best-value trim if you want a more complete package. It adds more equipment than Touring and is one of the trims where all-wheel drive is available, which broadens its appeal for Canadian shoppers.
• Limited: Choose this if you want a more upscale feel and the option of all-wheel drive. It sits above Touring L and is a good middle ground if you want more comfort and convenience without going all the way to the top trim.
• Pinnacle: This is the luxury-leaning choice, with the most premium presentation and standard all-wheel drive. It suits you best if you want the most upscale Pacifica experience and are willing to pay for it.

The safety package is standard across the lineup, while the 360-degree camera system and park-assist features remain optional.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Chrysler Pacifica?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 34.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 529 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 16.26% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $36,663 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Chrysler Pacifica's resale value?

The current average of $36,663 CAD sits slightly below last year's $43,783 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can make the Pacifica more attractive to used buyers now, but it also means future sellers may face a softer resale environment if prices continue to normalise. The year-round range shows there is still room for well-kept examples to command stronger money, especially if they are equipped and presented well. Strong demand for family-friendly minivans can help support values, but the current trend favours buyers more than sellers.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2024 Chrysler Pacifica safe?

The 2024 Chrysler Pacifica was named a 2023 Top Safety Pick by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS), missing out on the highest Top Safety Pick+ award due to low scores in updated moderate overlap front and side crash tests and middling ratings for headlights and front crash prevention tech. It earns five-star ratings from NHTSA in frontal and side crash tests, and four-star ratings in rollover crash tests.

It earns an 8/10 safety score from our experts.

Standard safety features include blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, forward-collision warning, automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, lane-departure warning, adaptive cruise control, and rear park assist. A 360-degree camera system, front park assist, and a parallel/perpendicular park assist system are optional.

The main caveat is that it missed the top IIHS award because of weaker results in some updated crash tests and less impressive headlight and front crash prevention performance.

Should I buy a 2024 Chrysler Pacifica or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 34.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 16.26% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• The 2024 model stands out for continuing with minimal changes, with only a handful of new colour options.

The bottom line: If you want the Pacifica’s current-year pricing and a model that continues to deliver the same core strengths, the 2024 is the straightforward choice. If you are especially price-sensitive, you can also compare nearby years, but the 2024 already offers a softer market and strong inventory, which makes it a sensible place to start.
