Used 2024 Buick Envista for Sale near Quebec

How much does the 2024 Buick Envista cost?

Prices have softened 9.29% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 186 listings available, which gives you a reasonable amount of choice in the used market.

Is the 2024 Buick Envista a good car?

Yes — the 2024 Buick Envista earns a 4.5/5 user rating and a 7.83/10 expert rating. The standout strength is Look and feel at 9/10.

It fits your needs well if you want a small crossover that feels more upscale than a mainstream rival, with stylish design, comfort, and strong value for money. The Envista’s three-trim lineup also gives you a clear path from the Preferred base model to the Sport Touring and Avenir, depending on how much equipment and visual polish you want.

The main trade-offs are AWD not being available and cargo space being limited, with ergonomic design also called out as a weakness. Even so, the model’s value proposition is strong, and 31.2% of listings are marked as good or great deals, which suggests there are still attractive examples to shop.

Is the 2024 Buick Envista reliable?

Owners rate it 4.5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The Envista is positioned as a simple, entry-level crossover with a single powertrain and a straightforward feature set, which can help keep ownership predictable. Its 1.2-litre turbocharged three-cylinder engine and six-speed automatic are described as more refined than the specs suggest, and Buick’s suspension tuning is aimed at a quieter, more comfortable ride.

It also comes with a three-year, 60,000-kilometre bumper-to-bumper warranty and a five-year, 100,000-kilometre powertrain warranty, which helps reduce early ownership risk. For used buyers, the biggest long-term concern is that you’re still buying a small crossover with limited cargo space and no AWD, so you’ll want to make sure the layout and capability suit your daily use.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Buick Envista?

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The Preferred is the base model, while the Sport Touring adds sporty styling touches and the Avenir brings the most upscale look with bright exterior trim, standard 19-inch wheels, and leather seats. The base cabin uses cloth-and-leatherette upholstery, so if you want the more premium feel Buick is aiming for, the higher trims are the ones to inspect closely.
• Powertrain: Every Envista uses the same 1.2-litre turbocharged three-cylinder engine with a six-speed automatic and front-wheel drive. It makes 137 horsepower and 162 lb-ft of torque, and Buick tuned it for smoother, quieter everyday driving rather than outright performance.
• Safety package: Standard equipment includes automatic emergency braking with front pedestrian braking, a following distance indicator, forward collision warning, automatic high beams, lane-keep assist, and lane-departure warning. In Canada, adaptive cruise control, lane-change alert with side blind-zone alert, blind spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and rear park assist are also standard.
• Infotainment: You get an 11-inch touchscreen and an 8-inch digital instrument cluster, plus wireless Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, wireless phone charging, and Wi-Fi connectivity. A head-up display is not available, and wireless phone charging is optional on all but the top Avenir trim.
• Fuel efficiency: Natural Resources Canada rates the Envista at 7.9 litres per 100 kilometres combined, with 8.4 city and 7.4 highway.

Which 2024 Buick Envista trim should I buy?

The 2024 Buick Envista is offered in 3 trim levels: Preferred, Sport Touring, and Avenir.

Here's the short version:

• Preferred: This is the value play if you want the Envista’s core appeal at the lowest entry point. You still get the 11-inch touchscreen, 8-inch digital instrument cluster, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and the full standard safety suite, so you’re not giving up the essentials.
• Sport Touring: This is the best-value trim if you want the Envista to look a bit more distinctive without jumping to the top price point. It adds sporty styling touches, black exterior trim, 18-inch wheels, and blue interior contrast stitching, while keeping the same basic mechanical package.
• Avenir: Choose this if you want the most premium version of the Envista. It gets bright exterior trim, standard 19-inch wheels with a Pearl Nickel finish, off-white interior contrast stitching, and leather seats, making it the most upscale choice in the lineup.

The safety package is standard across the lineup, so your trim decision mostly comes down to styling, wheel size, and interior finish.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Buick Envista?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some confidence if you’re patient and compare listings carefully.

• Deal availability: 31.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 186 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.29% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $26,056 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Buick Envista's resale value?

The current average of $26,058 CAD sits slightly below last year's $28,728 CAD.

That softer pricing trend suggests the Envista is currently more buyer-friendly than it was a year ago, which can be helpful if you’re planning to own it for a while before selling. For a future seller, that also means you may not see the same strong short-term price retention you’d hope for in a tighter market.

Even so, the model’s value-focused positioning and upscale presentation should help it stay appealing to shoppers looking for an affordable crossover with a more premium feel. If demand remains steady, well-kept examples should continue to attract attention.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2024 Buick Envista safe?

It earns a 7/10 safety score from our experts.

Standard driver-assistance equipment includes automatic emergency braking with front pedestrian braking, forward collision warning, lane-keep assist, lane-departure warning, automatic high beams, a following distance indicator, adaptive cruise control, lane-change alert with side blind-zone alert, blind spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and rear park assist.

That’s a strong standard safety list for the class, especially for a value-oriented crossover. The main caveat is that crash-test ratings from IIHS and NHTSA were not available at the time of publication, so you’ll want to keep an eye out for later test results if crash performance is a top priority for you.

Should I buy a 2024 Buick Envista or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 31.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.29% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• It’s the Envista’s first model year, and Buick positions it as a new entry-level crossover with upscale styling, a three-trim launch structure, and a standard feature set that includes an 11-inch touchscreen and a full suite of driver-assistance tech.

The bottom line: If you want the freshest version of Buick’s new entry-level crossover, the 2024 is the one to target. If your priority is stretching your budget as far as possible, the softer pricing and decent inventory make this a good year to shop carefully and wait for a strong listing rather than rushing into the first example you see.
