How much does the 2023 Toyota Corolla Cross cost?

Prices have softened 6.21% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 183 listings available, which gives you a reasonable amount of choice in the used market.

Is the 2023 Toyota Corolla Cross a good car?

Yes — the 2023 Toyota Corolla Cross earns a 5/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its safety features, reliability, and overall value, and many also like the design and the fact that it feels straightforward without being overly complicated. That fits well if you want a practical subcompact SUV with more passenger room and cargo space than a sedan, while still keeping the Corolla nameplate’s familiar, easy-to-live-with character. With 35.5% of listings marked as good or great deals, you also have a decent chance of finding a competitive offer.

Is the 2023 Toyota Corolla Cross reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback also points to a vehicle that feels reliable, dependable, and trouble-free for everyday use. That matters if you want a small SUV you can count on over the long term, especially when shopping used and trying to reduce ownership surprises.

For used buyers, the main long-term risk is less about the core ownership experience and more about finding a well-kept example that has been maintained properly.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Toyota Corolla Cross?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can be patient and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 35.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 183 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.21% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $29,187 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2023 Toyota Corolla Cross's resale value?

The current average of $29,367 CAD sits slightly below last year's $31,311 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has eased a bit, which can help you buy more carefully now, but it also means future resale gains may be more limited if prices stay soft. If you plan to sell later, the current trend points to a model that should remain reasonably liquid, but not one that is likely to surge in value quickly. Strong owner satisfaction can help support demand when it is time to move on.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2023 Toyota Corolla Cross or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 35.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.21% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2022 if:

• At $27,992 CAD, the 2022 costs less than the current year's $29,367 CAD average.
• It offers a familiar, practical crossover setup with available all-wheel drive.

The bottom line: The 2023 is the better all-around pick if you want the strongest mix of owner satisfaction, updated features, and market support. If your priority is spending less up front, the 2022 is the sensible secondary path, especially if you find one in good condition and the lower price matters more than the newer updates.
