Used 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E for Sale nearRichmond, BC

How much does the 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E cost?

Prices have softened 6.15% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 189 listings available, which suggests you have a reasonable amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E a good car?

Yes — the 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E earns a 5/5 user rating and an 8.5/10 expert rating. The model scores 9/10 across Look and feel, Form and function, and Safety.

Owners consistently praise its impressive performance, stylish design, and advanced technology. Many also appreciate the all-wheel-drive capability and quiet, smooth ride.

The trade-offs are that the range is still described as unimpressive and the ride quality can be choppy. It’s best suited to you if you want an electric crossover that feels modern, engaging, and practical rather than purely efficient.

With 27.0% of listings marked as good or great deals, there are still some attractive opportunities in the market.

Is the 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback points to a vehicle that feels dependable and trouble-free in day-to-day use, with many drivers confident in its long-term appeal. The expert evaluation also supports that impression by describing the Mach-E as a polished EV with strong everyday usability and advanced technology.

Ford’s BlueCruise and other systems add to the sense of modern dependability, but you should still check battery condition, charging habits, and software behaviour carefully on a used example. For long-term ownership, the main risk is less about basic durability and more about how well the previous owner maintained the EV’s battery and electronics.

What should I look for when buying a used 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E?

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The base Select is the key trim to compare carefully because the panoramic glass sunroof is not standard on it, and BlueCruise and the surround-view camera may also be treated differently depending on trim and market availability.
• Powertrain: You can find single-motor rear-wheel-drive and dual-motor all-wheel-drive setups, with standard-range and extended-range battery packs. Output varies widely, so make sure the configuration matches your driving needs.
• Safety package: Co-Pilot360 Assist 2.0 is standard and includes adaptive cruise control, blind spot monitoring, automatic emergency braking, and other features. BlueCruise is also part of the package, but availability can vary by trim.
• Infotainment: The Mach-E uses a 15.5-inch portrait touchscreen with Sync 4A, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, over-the-air updates, and wireless smartphone charging.
• Range & charging: The Premium trim offers up to 500 kilometres of range, and the California Route 1 is estimated at 502 kilometres. Battery capacity and DC fast-charge time are not specified here, so focus on real-world charging behaviour and whether the range suits your routine.
• Battery health: On a used EV, check battery state-of-health, confirm how often it was charged at home versus on DC fast chargers, and review how much of the battery warranty remains.

Which 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E trim should I buy?

The 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E is offered in 4 trim levels: Select, Premium, California Route 1, and GT.

Here's the short version:

• Select: This is the entry point, so it makes sense if you want the Mach-E experience at the lowest starting price. Just be aware that some convenience and appearance features are reserved for higher trims.
• Premium: This is the best-value choice for most shoppers because it adds a more upscale feel and, in this model year, can deliver up to 500 kilometres of range.
• California Route 1: Choose this if maximum range matters most and you want the version that comes only with all-wheel drive.
• GT: Pick this if you want the most performance-focused Mach-E, with the most aggressive styling and the strongest output in the lineup.

Co-Pilot360 Assist 2.0 is standard across the lineup, while BlueCruise availability can vary by trim, so confirm the exact equipment on any used listing.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 27.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 189 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.15% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $33,990 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E's resale value?

The current average of $35,674 CAD sits slightly below last year's $38,012 CAD.

That softer pricing suggests the market has become a little more favourable for buyers, which can make it harder for sellers to command top dollar right away. If you’re planning to sell later, the current trend implies you may need to price competitively to stand out.

At the same time, the Mach-E’s strong appeal, modern tech, and broad buyer interest should help support demand over time. Well-equipped examples with desirable range and features are likely to hold attention better than stripped-down or less desirable configurations.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E safe?

The 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E earns Top Safety Pick recognition from the IIHS, and it has five-star ratings for side-impact protection and rollover resistance from NHTSA.

It earns a 9/10 safety score from our experts.

Ford’s Co-Pilot360 Assist 2.0 is standard and includes adaptive cruise control, blind spot monitoring, automatic emergency braking, and other features. BlueCruise 1.2 is also part of the safety story, adding lane-change capability, predictive speed assist, and lane repositioning to give adjacent traffic more space.

One caveat is that NHTSA frontal-impact results were not finalized in the source material, so you should verify the latest crash-test status before buying. You should also confirm whether the surround-view camera and BlueCruise are standard or optional on the specific trim you’re considering.

Should I buy a 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 27.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.15% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• Ford added enhanced BlueCruise 1.2 and range improvements for key trims this year.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $40,425 CAD, the 2024 costs more than the current year's $35,674 CAD average.
• It adds a new Rally trim and further lineup improvements.

The bottom line: If you want the better value today, the 2023 is the smarter buy because prices have eased and the feature set is still strong. If you’re willing to pay more for the newer model’s added trim and incremental updates, the 2024 is the better pick; otherwise, the 2023 gives you most of the appeal for less money.
