This looks like a moderate, selective buyer's market, so you can shop patiently but should move quickly on the right listing.

• Deal availability: 29.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 751 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.78% compared with last year.

What is the 2023 Ford Bronco Sport's resale value?

The current average of $28,588 CAD sits slightly below last year's $32,775 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy at a more favourable point in the cycle. If you plan to sell later, the softer current pricing means your future resale value will depend heavily on condition, mileage, and how well the vehicle is equipped. Strong demand for this model's practical, adventure-friendly character should help support interest, but the recent decline means you should not expect a rising-price environment. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2023 Ford Bronco Sport or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 29.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.78% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2023 is the better pick if you want the Bronco Sport's rugged style, practical cabin touches, and strong owner approval in a year that still offers decent inventory and some deal opportunities. If you're especially price-sensitive, you may also want to compare nearby years to see whether a lower asking price outweighs the 2023's combination of features and owner satisfaction.
