Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Ford Bronco Sport?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently but should move quickly on the right listing.

• Deal availability: 28.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 725 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.03% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $28,341 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2023 Ford Bronco Sport's resale value?

The current average of $28,393 CAD sits slightly below last year's $31,912 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled, which can make the model more attractive to buyers now but may also limit upside for a future seller if prices stay soft. If you buy at the lower end of the current range, you may have a better chance of protecting your value later. The Bronco Sport’s distinctive styling and practical appeal should help it stay relevant with shoppers who want a small SUV with personality. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2023 Ford Bronco Sport or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 28.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.03% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2023 is the better primary choice if you want the Bronco Sport’s rugged styling, practical cabin touches, and strong owner approval in a market that has become more favourable for shoppers. If your priority is stretching your budget, a nearby year may be worth considering, but the 2023 stands out as the balanced pick when you want a mix of value, inventory, and buyer appeal.
