Suburban is good option to move a lot of people and still have the power to tow a trailer. Tahoe is basically a short Suburban but you may get disappointed by space behind the 3rd row so going with Suburban gives you better storage for sure. Our big decision was BENCH vs. BUCKET seats for the 2nd row. I dont like the idea of the bench blocking access to 3rd tow so we went with buckets for all 3 Suburbans that we have owned. Suburban compares to Ford Expedition. Going GMC, you are looking at Yukon XL which is same car but better interior options.
