Used 2023 Chevrolet Corvette for Sale near Ontario

How much does the 2023 Chevrolet Corvette cost?

Prices have softened 12.40% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 118 listings available, which suggests a modest amount of inventory for shoppers to compare.

Is the 2023 Chevrolet Corvette a good car?

Yes — the 2023 Chevrolet Corvette earns a 4.77/5 user rating and an 8.17/10 expert rating. The standout strength is Cost effectiveness at 10/10.

Owners consistently praise its impressive looks, powerful performance, and strong value for money. The Corvette’s mid-engine layout and exotic-car styling also come through as recurring positives, along with the sense that you’re getting a lot of capability for the money.

The trade-offs are real: the cockpit is cramped, and the layout can be confusing. It also fits the use case of a focused sports car more than a luxury grand tourer, so you should expect a performance-first experience rather than broad everyday comfort.

With a 29.7% share of listings marked as good or great deals, there is still some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2023 Chevrolet Corvette reliable?

Owners rate it 4.77/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback points to a car that feels dependable in the ways that matter to sports-car buyers: strong performance, a satisfying ownership experience, and a reputation that inspires confidence over time. The expert evaluation also reinforces that it is built to be used hard while still feeling approachable and well sorted.

If you’re buying used, the main long-term ownership risk is less about basic durability and more about whether the car was maintained carefully and used in a way that matches its performance focus.

What should I look for when buying a used 2023 Chevrolet Corvette?

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The base 1LT gives you the essentials, but the 2LT adds navigation, a performance data and video recorder, a 14-speaker Bose stereo, heated and ventilated seats, a heated steering wheel, wireless device charging, a head-up display, and blind-spot monitoring plus rear cross-traffic alert. The 3LT adds GT2 bucket seats and more soft-touch leather, so it suits you if you want the most upscale cabin. The 2LT is the best-value trim because it adds the most meaningful comfort and convenience upgrades.
• Powertrain: You get a mid-mounted naturally aspirated 6.2-litre V8 with rear-wheel drive and an eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. Output is 490 horsepower and 465 pound-feet of torque, or 495 hp and 470 lb-ft with the optional Performance Exhaust. The Z51 Performance Package adds a performance rear-axle ratio, heavy-duty cooling, an electronic limited-slip differential, performance tires, and an upgraded rear spoiler.
• Safety package: The standard safety equipment includes a backup camera, front- and side-impact airbags, and rear parking sensors. The 2LT adds blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and a rear camera mirror. There are no modern driver-assistance features available beyond that.
• Infotainment: The standard setup is an 8-inch touchscreen with Chevy’s Infotainment 3 system, Bluetooth, OnStar capability, wireless Apple CarPlay, and wireless Android Auto. It is driver-focused and easy to use, with a logical menu layout.
• Fuel efficiency: The base 6.2-litre V8 returns 15.0 L/100 km in the city, 9.8 L/100 km on the highway, and 12.7 L/100 km combined. In testing, combined driving came in at 13.1 L/100 km.

Which 2023 Chevrolet Corvette trim should I buy?

The 2023 Chevrolet Corvette is offered in 3 trim levels: 1LT, 2LT, 3LT.

Here's the short version:

• 1LT: This is the entry point, and it gives you the core Corvette experience with the digital instrument panel, leather upholstery, an 8-inch touchscreen, and the Bose 10-speaker stereo. Choose it if you want the lowest-cost way into the car and you’re comfortable skipping the extra comfort and convenience features.
• 2LT: This is the best-value trim because it adds navigation, the performance data and video recorder, a 14-speaker Bose stereo, heated and ventilated seats, a heated steering wheel, wireless charging, a head-up display, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and the rear camera mirror. If you want the most balanced Corvette, this is the one to target.
• 3LT: This trim adds GT2 bucket seats and more soft-touch leather surfaces throughout the cabin. It suits you if you want the most premium interior presentation and are willing to pay for it.

The 2LT also brings the key safety upgrades, while the base 1LT does not.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Chevrolet Corvette?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, so it makes sense to compare listings carefully and move quickly on the right car.

• Deal availability: 29.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 118 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.40% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $100,864 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2023 Chevrolet Corvette's resale value?

The current average of $101,905 CAD sits slightly below last year's $116,328 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled, which can be helpful if you’re buying now but less favourable if you’re planning to sell soon. A softer market usually means future resale gains may be more limited unless demand strengthens again.

Even so, the Corvette’s strong desirability, exotic styling, and enthusiast appeal should help it remain easier to move than many mainstream sports cars. Well-kept examples with desirable equipment are likely to hold attention better than stripped or heavily used ones.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.77/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2023 Chevrolet Corvette safe?

The 2023 Corvette comes standard with a backup camera, a full array of front- and side-impact airbags, and rear parking sensors.

It earns a 5/10 safety score from our experts.

The big caveat is that it lacks modern driver-assistance features entirely: forward-collision avoidance, lane-departure warning, adaptive cruise control, and automatic high beams are not available, even as options. The 2LT trim improves matters with blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and a rear camera mirror, but the base car still leaves you without the advanced safety tech many shoppers now expect.

Should I buy a 2023 Chevrolet Corvette or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 29.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.40% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.77/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• The 2023 keeps the mid-engine layout, strong performance, and easy-to-use technology that define the C8 Corvette.

Consider the 2022 if:

• At $92,991 CAD, the 2022 costs less than the current year's $101,905 CAD average.
• The 2022 is a serious performance car that still manages to be a decent value.

The bottom line: If you want the strongest mix of value, performance, and current-market availability, the 2023 is the better target. If your priority is saving money upfront, the 2022 is the smarter budget-conscious alternative, especially if you can find one with the equipment you want.
