Is the 2022 Chrysler Grand Caravan a good car?

Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 Chrysler Grand Caravan?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer's market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 28.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 113 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.00% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $27,382 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2022 Chrysler Grand Caravan's resale value?

The current average of $27,384 CAD sits slightly below last year's $31,843 CAD.

For a future seller, that points to a market that has already moved lower, so your resale outcome will depend heavily on condition, mileage, and how well your vehicle stands out against similar listings. If you buy at the right price now, you may have a better chance of limiting depreciation pressure later.

Should I buy a 2022 Chrysler Grand Caravan or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 28.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.00% compared with last year.

The bottom line: The 2022 is the better pick if you want a used Grand Caravan with a softer market price and a decent pool of deal-priced listings to choose from. If you are especially price-sensitive, it is still worth comparing nearby model years to see whether a lower-priced alternative gives you similar equipment for less money.
