With no expert test-drive data available for this model year, your best read comes from the market itself: the Grand Caravan is trading at an average of $26,178 CAD, with 28.9% of listings marked as good or great deals.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 Chrysler Grand Caravan?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you have room to shop but still need to move quickly on the best-priced examples.

• Deal availability: 28.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 128 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 16.86% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $26,159 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2022 Chrysler Grand Caravan's resale value?

The current average of $26,178 CAD sits slightly below last year's $31,485 CAD.

For a future seller, that means the market has already adjusted downward, so your resale outcome will depend heavily on how well your vehicle is presented and how competitively you price it. If you buy near the lower end of the range, you may have a better chance of limiting depreciation pressure later. If you plan to sell soon, the current trend suggests you should watch the market closely and avoid overpricing.

Should I buy a 2022 Chrysler Grand Caravan or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 28.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 16.86% compared with last year.

The bottom line: The 2022 is the better pick if you want a used Grand Caravan in a market that has cooled and you can take advantage of current pricing. If you are especially price-sensitive, it is still worth comparing nearby model years to see whether a lower entry price or a better deal share fits your budget better.
