Used 2022 Chevrolet Corvette for Sale nearVancouver, BC

How much does the 2022 Chevrolet Corvette cost?

Prices have softened 1.67% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 84 listings available, which suggests a modest amount of inventory for shoppers to compare.

Is the 2022 Chevrolet Corvette a good car?

Yes — the 2022 Chevrolet Corvette earns a 4.85/5 user rating and an 8.17/10 expert rating. The model scores 9/10 across Performance, Cost effectiveness, and Technology.

Owners consistently praise its stunning looks, impressive performance, comfortable ride, and strong value for money. The mid-engine layout also stands out as a major draw, especially if you want a distinctive sports car that feels special without chasing exotic-car pricing. With a 33.3% share of listings marked as good or great deals, there’s also some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2022 Chevrolet Corvette reliable?

Owners rate it 4.85/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

Owner feedback points to a car that feels dependable in the ways that matter to enthusiasts: strong performance, a comfortable ride, and a package many buyers feel good about living with over time. The expert road test also describes it as easy to get the most out of and remarkably comfortable on rough roads, which supports the sense that it can be a trouble-free sports car for regular use.

Chevrolet’s warranty coverage adds some ownership reassurance, and the first scheduled maintenance visit is on the house.

For used buyers, the main long-term risk is that this is still a high-performance sports car, so condition, maintenance history, and prior use matter more than they would on an ordinary commuter car.

What should I look for when buying a used 2022 Chevrolet Corvette?

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The base 1LT is the least expensive way in, but it misses some equipment that matters to many shoppers, including the available safety features. The 2LT and 3LT add more comfort and convenience content, and the 3LT is the most fully equipped trim.
• Powertrain: You get a 6.2-litre V8 with a dual-clutch eight-speed automatic transmission. Output is listed at 490 hp and 465 lb-ft of torque, or 495 hp and 470 lb-ft with the optional performance exhaust system.
• Safety package: Blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert are the notable driver-assistance features, but they are not available on the base 1LT trim.
• Infotainment: All models get an 8-inch touchscreen, a 12-inch digital instrument cluster, wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, Bluetooth, SiriusXM satellite radio, and a built-in WiFi hotspot. Navigation is standard on all trim levels except the base 1LT.
• Fuel efficiency: Natural Resources Canada rates it at 12.6 litres per 100 kilometres combined, with 15.1 city and 9.6 highway.

Which 2022 Chevrolet Corvette trim should I buy?

The 2022 Chevrolet Corvette is offered in 3 trim levels: 1LT, 2LT, 3LT.

Here's the short version:

• 1LT: This is the entry point, but it’s the one to approach carefully because it misses the available blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert. It makes sense if you want the lowest starting price and can live without some convenience and safety content.
• 2LT: This is the best-value choice for most shoppers because it adds more comfort and convenience equipment without pushing all the way to the top trim. It’s the sweet spot if you want a well-rounded Corvette experience.
• 3LT: Choose this if you want the most upscale and fully equipped version of the Stingray lineup. It suits you best if you plan to keep the car longer and want the richest feature set.

The safety package is limited to blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert, and those features are not available on the base 1LT.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 Chevrolet Corvette?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, so it pays to compare listings carefully and move quickly on the right car.

• Deal availability: 33.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 84 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 1.67% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $88,867 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2022 Chevrolet Corvette's resale value?

The current average of $92,991 CAD sits slightly below last year's $94,566 CAD.

That softer pricing suggests the market has eased a bit, which can be helpful if you’re buying now but less ideal if you’re planning to sell soon. A future seller may need to be more competitive on asking price, especially if similar cars continue to sit in the middle of the market rather than at the top end. Still, the Corvette’s strong desirability and limited inventory can help support values better than many mainstream sports cars.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.85/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2022 Chevrolet Corvette safe?

The Corvette is light on driver-assist tech, with blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert as the notable features. Those systems are helpful given the car’s limited rear visibility, but they are not available on the base 1LT trim.

It earns a 6/10 safety score from our experts.

The main safety caveat is that this is a sports car with limited advanced safety equipment, so you should not expect the same breadth of driver assistance you’d find in a mainstream family vehicle.

Should I buy a 2022 Chevrolet Corvette or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 33.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 1.67% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.85/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• It keeps the same lineup as 2021 while adding minor updates and new exterior colours.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $84,042 CAD, the 2021 costs less than the current year's $92,991 CAD average.
• It offers the Corvette experience with a power-operated open roof.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $101,905 CAD, the 2023 costs more than the current year's $92,991 CAD average.
• It leans harder into supercar-style performance and a more exotic feel.

The bottom line: The 2022 is the best all-around pick if you want the current-year Corvette formula with strong value and broad appeal. If your priority is saving money, the 2021 is the better price-conscious path; if you want the next step up in performance character, the 2023 is worth the stretch.
