Used 2022 Chevrolet Colorado for Sale near New Brunswick

How much does the 2022 Chevrolet Colorado cost?

Prices have softened 14.21% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 171 listings available, which suggests you have a reasonable amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2022 Chevrolet Colorado a good car?

Yes — the 2022 Chevrolet Colorado earns a 4.5/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Drivers consistently praise its smooth performance, towing capacity, and spaciousness inside, and those strengths line up well if you want a midsize pickup that can handle daily driving, family duty, and real work. The truck’s more modern cabin and capability-focused setup also make it appealing if you want something more versatile than a basic commuter. With 26.3% of listings marked as good or great deals, there is still a decent amount of market opportunity.

Is the 2022 Chevrolet Colorado reliable?

Owners rate it 4.5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback points to a truck that many drivers feel they can count on, especially for smooth performance and towing. That said, some owners mention rear-seat tightness and a few features that could be improved, so you should still inspect condition carefully and review maintenance history before buying. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is less about outright dissatisfaction and more about finding a well-kept example that has been used responsibly.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 Chevrolet Colorado?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 26.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 171 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.21% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $33,459 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2022 Chevrolet Colorado's resale value?

The current average of $35,848 CAD sits slightly below last year's $41,783 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled, which can be helpful if you are buying now but less favourable if you plan to sell soon. If you own one for a few years, the softer current pricing may limit short-term appreciation, though it can also make the truck easier to move if you price it competitively. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2022 Chevrolet Colorado or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 26.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.21% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $43,435 CAD, the 2023 costs more than the current year's $35,848 CAD average.
• It adds a more modern, fully redesigned cabin and stronger capability focus.

The bottom line: Choose the 2022 if you want a better-value used Colorado with strong owner approval and a softer price trend. Consider the 2023 if you are willing to pay more for the newer redesign and its more modern packaging; if price matters most, the 2022 is the smarter starting point.
