Used 2022 Buick Enclave for Sale nearWindsor, ON

How much does the 2022 Buick Enclave cost?

Prices have softened 13.18% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 83 listings available, which suggests a reasonable amount of inventory for shoppers to compare.

Is the 2022 Buick Enclave a good car?

Yes — the 2022 Buick Enclave earns a 4.67/5 user rating and a 7/10 expert rating. The model scores 8/10 across Look and feel, Performance, and Form and function.

Drivers consistently praise the quiet cabin, smooth ride, and spacious interior, and many also highlight its comfortable, luxurious feel and excellent safety features. In practical terms, that lines up well with its role as a three-row SUV for buyers who want a relaxed family hauler rather than a sporty one.

The trade-offs are clear: it is poor value for money and has poor fuel economy. Even so, the Enclave’s comfort-first setup and roomy cabin make it a strong fit if you prioritise refinement and everyday usability over bargain pricing.

With 30.1% of listings marked as good or great deals, there are still some attractive opportunities in the market.

Is the 2022 Buick Enclave reliable?

Owners rate it 4.67/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

User feedback points to a vehicle that feels reliable, dependable, and trouble-free in day-to-day use, with owners especially appreciating its comfort and confidence-inspiring character. The expert assessment also describes Buick’s reputation for a quiet and smooth ride, which supports the impression of a well-sorted, easy-to-live-with SUV.

Buick’s warranty coverage is solid for the segment, and long-term running costs are described as reasonable. For used buyers, the main ownership risk is that repair and fuel costs can still add up if you drive a lot or want to keep operating expenses low.

What should I look for when buying a used 2022 Buick Enclave?

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The 2022 Enclave comes in Essence, Premium, and Avenir. Essence is the value play because it gets the newly standard safety tech, the excellent powertrain, three comfortable rows, and a decent amount of driver assistance for less money than the higher trims. Premium adds more convenience and tech, while Avenir brings the most upscale look and feel, including unique exterior treatment and richer interior details.
• Powertrain: You get one setup only: a 3.6-litre V6 with a nine-speed automatic and standard AWD. It delivers 310 horsepower and 266 pound-feet of torque, and the Enclave is tuned for a quiet, smooth, drama-free drive rather than sporty handling.
• Safety package: Buick Driver Confidence Plus is standard on all trims and includes automatic emergency braking, forward-collision warning with pedestrian detection, lane-change alert with blind-spot warning, rear cross-traffic alert, lane-keep assist with lane-departure warning, rear park assist, following-distance indicator, and automatic high-beam headlights. Premium adds enhanced automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, a surround-view camera, head-up display, and rear pedestrian alert.
• Infotainment: Essence gets an 8-inch touchscreen with Bluetooth, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and wireless phone charging. Premium and Avenir add navigation, while Premium and Avenir also get an 8-inch reconfigurable driver information display.
• Fuel efficiency: Natural Resources Canada rates it at 13.6 L/100 km in city driving, 9.6 L/100 km on the highway, and 11.8 L/100 km combined. In testing, it averaged 11.6 L/100 km in mixed driving.

Which 2022 Buick Enclave trim should I buy?

The 2022 Buick Enclave is offered in 3 trim levels: Essence, Premium, Avenir.

Here's the short version:

• Essence: This is the best-value choice if you want the Enclave’s core strengths without paying for extras. You still get the standard safety suite, the V6/AWD powertrain, wireless smartphone integration, and a well-equipped cabin.
• Premium: This is the trim to target if you want the best balance of features and price. It adds navigation, the larger driver display, and more advanced safety and convenience features, making it the sweet spot for many shoppers.
• Avenir: Choose this if you want the most upscale Enclave experience. It adds the most distinctive styling, richer interior details, and the most available comfort and tech content.

The standard safety package is now included across the lineup, so you do not need to move up a trim just to get the core driver-assistance features.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 Buick Enclave?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, with enough inventory to compare options and enough price movement to create opportunities.

• Deal availability: 30.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 83 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.18% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $36,612 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2022 Buick Enclave's resale value?

The current average of $37,417 CAD sits slightly below last year's $43,097 CAD.

That decline suggests the market has become more favourable for buyers, but it also means future sellers may need to price more competitively to stand out. If you buy at today’s lower average, you may have less downside risk than someone who bought when prices were higher. The Enclave’s comfort-focused appeal should help it remain attractive to shoppers who want a quiet, spacious three-row SUV.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.67/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2022 Buick Enclave safe?

The 2022 Buick Enclave earns five-star ratings from NHTSA overall and four-star ratings for rollover resistance, while the IIHS gives it Good ratings in all but one crash test and Acceptable in the updated side-impact test.

It earns a 7/10 safety score from our experts.

Buick Driver Confidence Plus is standard on all trims and includes automatic emergency braking, forward-collision warning with pedestrian detection, lane-change alert with blind-spot warning, rear cross-traffic alert, lane-keep assist with lane-departure warning, rear park assist, following-distance indicator, and automatic high-beam headlights. Standard safety equipment also includes a Safety Alert driver’s seat, a rear-seat reminder system, and an HD reversing camera.

Premium adds enhanced automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, a surround-view camera, head-up display, and rear pedestrian alert. The main caveat is the IIHS updated side-impact result, which trails the rest of the Enclave’s otherwise strong crash-test performance.

Should I buy a 2022 Buick Enclave or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 30.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.18% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.67/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• It adds a freshened design, wireless smartphone integration, and standard driver-assistance tech.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $33,745 CAD, the 2021 costs less than the current year's $37,417 CAD average.
• It is especially appealing in top trim, where it feels stylish, upscale, roomy, quiet, powerful, and athletic.

The 2022 is the better pick if you want the updated styling and the newly standard safety tech. If your priority is spending less up front, the 2021 remains a compelling alternative, especially if you are shopping for a well-equipped example.
