Is the 2022 Audi Q7 a good car?

Yes — the 2022 Audi Q7 earns a 5/5 user rating, which supports its appeal as a three-row luxury SUV with comfortable front and second-row seating, a practical cabin, and strong everyday usability. Its cargo space is a real strength, and the technology package adds to its usefulness if you want a premium family hauler with a polished feel. 38.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you a decent share of attractive options to consider.

Is the 2022 Audi Q7 reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The Q7’s overview points to a refined, well-equipped luxury SUV with strong safety credentials in crash tests and useful towing and cargo capability. At the same time, you should expect premium-fuel running costs and potentially high repair bills, so long-term ownership risk is more about expense than outright durability.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 Audi Q7?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 38.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 139 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 20.77% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $36,841 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2022 Audi Q7's resale value?

The current average of $36,841 CAD sits slightly below last year's $46,500 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can make the Q7 more appealing to used buyers today but may also limit upside for a future seller if prices stay soft. If you buy at the right point in the range, you may reduce the risk of taking a bigger depreciation hit later. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2022 Audi Q7 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 38.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 20.77% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2022 is a strong choice if you want a well-equipped, practical luxury SUV and you can find one priced near the lower end of the market. If you are especially price-sensitive, it is worth comparing nearby model years to see whether a similar Q7 can save you money without giving up the features and space you want.
