Is the 2021 Nissan Murano a good car?

Yes — the 2021 Nissan Murano earns a 4.7/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Is now a good time to buy a used 2021 Nissan Murano?

This is a moderate market, so you can be selective without expecting every listing to be a bargain.

• Deal availability: 31.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 183 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.47% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $24,303 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2021 Nissan Murano's resale value?

The current average of $24,304 CAD sits slightly below last year's $27,767 CAD.

That price movement suggests the Murano has softened enough to give used buyers better entry pricing today, but it also means future sellers may face a more competitive resale environment if the market stays soft. If you buy at the right price now, you reduce the chance of overpaying relative to the current market. A lower purchase price can also help cushion depreciation if you plan to keep the vehicle for several years.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.7/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2021 Nissan Murano or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2021 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2021 if:

• 31.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.47% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.7/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2021 Murano makes the most sense if you want the current model-year balance of comfort, style, and owner approval at a softened price. If you are especially price-sensitive, a nearby year could be worth comparing, but the 2021 is the better starting point when you want a well-liked example with a healthier deal share.
