What is the 2021 Nissan Murano's resale value?

The current average of $24,308 CAD sits slightly below last year's $27,816 CAD.

That price movement suggests the Murano has already absorbed a meaningful amount of depreciation, which can be helpful if you are buying now and planning to sell later. If prices stabilise, future resale losses may be less severe than the drop seen over the past year. Strong feature content and a comfort-first reputation can help keep it appealing to used shoppers. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.7/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2021 Nissan Murano or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2021 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2021 if:

• 33.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.61% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.7/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2021 is the better pick if you want a comfortable, well-liked Murano at a softer price point than last year. If you are especially price-sensitive, a nearby year may be worth comparing, but the 2021 offers a strong balance of value, owner approval, and inventory choice.
